Excellent customer service and a very promising product. My experience with Neakasa has been great from the start. Shortly after purchasing my M1, I contacted customer support regarding a coupon that I had missed during checkout. They were incredibly helpful and applied the discount retroactively, refunding the difference directly to my credit card.
The support was fast, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused, which is becoming increasingly rare. I also really like the concept behind the M1. It addresses a very modern pet-care problem by reducing the amount of repetitive daily maintenance required from cat owners, while still keeping the litter area practical and convenient. So far, I’m extremely impressed with Neakasa as a company, especially with the quality of their after-sales service.

The litterbox has been a life saver for me! It’s extremely convenient, quiet, and great at masking odors. The only problem I have is it can be more difficult than a traditional litter box to clean, but the positives much outweigh the negatives. Customer service is also extremely helpful!

My infra sensor had been giving me problems by falsely indicating that the waste bin is full. Contacted their support team, and am so amazed by their swift response and satisfactory resolution to the issue! Even though the warranty had expired, they replaced the sensor for me at no cost! Excellent after service.

I had a minor hiccup with my year-old M1. I emailed support and heard back within an hour! My entire issue was resolved, over email, within a day. Love this device and will use it as long as I have cats. P.S. told a friend about it and she bought two for her two cats! Also loves it.

Our cat has been using the Neakasa M1 for 2 years. We've always wanted to try a litter robot to have a well-maintained litter box for our cat, but all of them were enclosed. Our cat would never use an enclosed litter box, so we are thankful to the M1's designers.

We had initial problems with the region during setup, the liners leak during the cleaning rotation, and most often we get a "full wastebin" error or the wastebin door gets stuck due to dirt getting on the sensor during cleaning.

We are still rating this 5 stars as the support for this machine is excellent. They reply immediately and provide us with all the support we need, including additional parts we requested like the lining sticker.

It fully became unusable recently as the sensor turned white for reasons we are unsure of, but once again the support team is helping us promptly. We are hoping to get it running again, but in any case, we don't regret this purchase.

I purchased an M1 a year ago and it was the best machine I have bought. I have tried the original "litter robot" my cats were scared to enter, plus it reminded me of a washing machine. I have a couple of Petkit Pura Max but my larger cats wouldn't go in them, the smaller ones do. So when I got the M1, my larger cats (Maine Coons, Ragcoons and Ragamese) started using it. So I purchased another and they both get used daily. I have had a couple of hiccups but when contacting the support team, they are priceless, so helpful, polite, very professional that they make you feel at ease and that you are talking with a human who is purely there to help you. I have 14 indoor cats and the M1's have been a godsend in more ways than one. The open area is exactly that, open and not closed in. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the support team for being there for me and my furrbabies, you are purrrfect 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

We bought 2 hand held Neakasa T80 Magic 1 Vacuum Travel Hand Steamers as Christmas gifts and they have worked really well. We have been very happy with them and would highly recommend them to everyone. When following the instructions (on technique) you get much better results. Their support team is also very helpful.

I've had the Neakasa for 2 years and its been a lifesaver. It was actually a gift from a friend, as i have many cats. I was worried about purchasing an electronic cat litter because of horror stories i'd seen on the net. But when he showed me a video of it in use at his friend's house, the open layout made it clear that there's no way my cat could get trapped in any way. It has worked beautifully so far, cats warmed up to it quickly, and its very easy to clean. Very grateful for this creation Neakasa, thank you. There is an app to monitor use, which is a great perk. I personally dont use it that much, but its great to use every now and then and know my pets' weight and that everything with the device is in order.

The support experience was outstanding. We received very quick and knowledgeable responses. We were then provided with a suggested solution and ordered the replacement part. A video was also provided that guided us through the installation step by step. Great experience

Replaced a couple lost screws outside of warranty

Neakasa support got back to me in a timely manner and provided clear instructions.

My cat refuses to use it and I am returning. If they used it I would have kept it. Even though their website says full refund for any reason within 30 days that’s not really the case. I need to spend hundreds of dollars on return shipping so I am not really getting a full refund. Apparently the only way you can get a full refund is if the product was defective. I would never order anything from this company again! Avoid at all costs if you have any doubt about ordering because you will not get a full refund. They also hide negative reviews on their website. I submitted a review several days ago and it’s not posted.

Great Design Cats are loving it using it right away we love the bag design

The silicone mat failed twice for two different reasons, but they sent a replacement after I contacted them. They were quick to resolve the issue and send a new mat with assembly instructions, and they even asked for feedback on how the replacement process went. Thank you.

I have the Neakasa Pet Grooming Kit and Vacuum. You might think of the old "Flowbee". This is a great product. I use it on my Mini Poodle and save hundreds of $$$ by grooming my self. It's easy to use and I can groom her inside with little or no mess, and I use the vacuum by itself to clean any mess. It's easy to empty and a pleasure to use.

Haben seit 1 Monat eine M1 Katzentoilette u bin grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden damit.
Was mich etwas stört ist, dass beim reinigen alle Klumpen sich auf einer Stelle im Auffangbehälter sammeln, somit sich ein Turm bildet u im schlimmsten Fall, beim Reinigungsvorgang der Mist am äußeren Gehäuse hängen bleibt u mir alles verschweinst. Somit leere ich täglich den Auffangbehälter. Geht halt von den Tütenins Geld.
2. Ist das Netz zum trennen des Klimpstreus von den Häufchen sehr grobmaschig. Hier wäre ein feineren Netz wünschenswert dann würden auch etwas größere Verschmutzungen aussortiert werden.
Da meine 2 Fellnasen ähnlich wiegen erkennt die Waage nicht zuverlässig wer die Toilette benutzt hat. Vllt gibt's da mal eine Lösung.
Ansonsten wurden sie super angenommen u funktioniert klasse. Auch der Support von Neakasa is Tip Top
