Closed account unreasonably
First all works as with any normal exhcange but then they create problem after broblem: video call, documents, emails to hold the money as long as possible and never process the exhcange they took huge fee for!

The same situation as with other people - closed account without any notice
My account was suddenly locked. Moreover, they refunded the money in a very incovenient way without asking first how I want to see it back - in crypto or in fiat money.

Schnelle Hilfe ohne Bürokratie
Es darf nicht passieren aber es passiert: Falsche Zieladresse bei der Umwandlung von Alt- in Bitcoin und die Coins sind im Nirgendwo? Wer hilft, wenn man es selbst nicht kann?
Anfrage bei der Bank und die Coins landen wieder im eigenen Depot! Schnell und unbürokratische Hilfe, obwohl es klar mein Fehler war.
