Usually excellent! Not as friendly or helpful as when I had my car insurance with them six months ago. Par for the course these days, unfortunately!!

My wife has a bmw 1 series and wants to change to a Ford focus. She has 4 months to run on her one click policy and they have said they won’t cover the change but would offer a new policy at 30% more in premiums !! Ridiculous. No claims no changes just the car. We won’t deal with them again

I have tried all day to cancel my motor policy on renewal. The portal system goes round and round and I have still not been able to cancel my policy. Has anyone else suffered this anguish ? There is no telephone number to hold a conversation and the chat line keeps going back to the portal. Not amused !!

I was able to make the changes I needed without waiting on a phone call for hours. The changes were all made immediately as I had requested them.

On the downside, I couldn't make the changes myself, as it's a new vehicle that I'm picking up tomorrow and I'm unable to make changes in the future. I also couldn't find where to change my address. Overall, happy with the experience and costs.

I’ve tried fo 90 minutes to cancel my policy with no joy whatsoever. It seems like an evading way to make me pay a new policy, Shocking service

Contacted onecall regarding an issue with my policy, agent 'WP1' helped with my enquiry, it was all sorted out in a timely manner

What started out as a bit of a fiasco using the "Portal" was rapidly changed to be very very good by a lady who goes be "HM1". She was very good and sorted out the insurance issue to my complete satisfaction. Well done.

Thank you to AS3 for your time. I have been with One Click for a number of years but required to take out a multi-vehicle policy this year, which they apparently do not offer (as advised previously by another agent who shall definitely remain nameless). So I had to move insurers. This agent was however polite, knowledgeable and was able to assist with my enquiry. Let’s see what next year brings and I may be back.

The service was fine up until it came to renewal. I found a cheaper option and they made it extremely difficult to cancel my renewal. No email or phone number. I had to fill in a few forms about what quote I have received form the other supplier before they connect me with someone. Once connected I asked them to cancel my renewal but they kept insisting to re-quote me. The live chat has very slow responses. Took such a long time and was really frustrating. Not happy with their customer service.
