Ordered a Air-conditioning unit paid for it and got a reply to say they had my order and would let me know when it was being delivered once packed, no such email came, tried to phone no such number, tried to email just came back no such email address the site is a scam told Google about them and they have taken them off their site

Bought a air conditioning unit on the 9th July 2026 they have not sent the item out to us as it says 2/6 days delivery time it's been 40 day now so reported to the bank as fraud and the bank are claiming the money back.
If we can't get the money back any thats fancies joining a class action legal proceedings to recover there money from this company or shopify which we hold them responsible for letting this person set up a shop on there platform with out checking if there contact details are correct.
The jenytool email is not working and the telephone number is coming up with fraud when you ring it so shopify is responsible for not checking this company is legit.
I believe there's loads of us waiting for air conditioning units that haven't been delivered and this company has committed fraud in our eyes by keeping your money and you can't contact them to get your money back at the moment we are owed £130 once we start any legal stuff this will go up to around £1000 for intrest and damages and legal costs will list both companies to attend the small claims courts to get the money refunded.
Please keep checking Facebook for a page I will set up so you can contact us and join the class action group to get your money back through the small claims courts. If there is 1000s of people that I do think there's 100s of us in the same boat we might have to do a few claims against this company.
Please keep your eyes open on Facebook and respond if you want to join thanx again and I hope you all the luck in. The world against this company I will never shop on shopify again for wiping there hands of this situation.

Wish I could say 0* this company is a scam!! False email, phone number, ordered an air conditioner unit which obviously didn’t exist, so now I have to wait 2 weeks to get money back from the bank. The name for the transaction definitely wasn’t jenytool!! Could kick myself for not checking.
Ps. Iv just reported it to shopify who are investigating it.

After waiting some time after my bank contacted Jenytool and received no response my bank refunded my money. This so called company is defo Scam please avoid. I seriously don't know why some banks are aware and others are not..maybe it's time for all banks to share intel for traders like these.

Ordered - never arrived - contacted them multiple times - never reply- phone number on site is unreachable- tried reporting to shopify - they don’t seem to give a cr@p orders mine with Klarna so only lost the initial payment and rest on hold - just have to prove attempt to contact - absolute scammers and shopify should close them down

As all the other reviews, air con unit never arrived, this is a scam company

It is a scam I’m surprised it’s not shut down they don’t send the item had to contact my bank

£170 paid for an A/C unit on the 7th of July, 2 to 6 days delivery here we are on the 1st August with nothing no communication, nothing at all.
Don’t buy from Jenytool
Contact your bank and after 30 days form ordering claim money back via a Charge Back Form

Ordered a air con unit 10th july,had no response or delivery by the 17th, 3-6 days delivery, tried to contact them, email bounced back, phone number was flagged as potential fraud. Contacted the bank to raise dispute. Bank accepted straight away. Bank had to contact this scammers bank to sort this out. 'Buisness' address is a semi-detached house in bristol. Bank transfer shows someone called BATIKA. If you've fallen victim of this scammer too, I highly suggest screen shotting everything, the receipt, Bank payment, everything, even if you've attempted to call them, email them, and the email that comes back to you saying the email was not sent, etc...

Ordered an air-conditioning unit for my 86 year old mother, unfortunately paid with a debit card. Yes you guessed it no unit , no contact and no money back.
How do they sleep!

Just like everyone else i bought an item - never arrived and zero communication despite my continued attempts to contact them - its either the worst store ever or just a scam - either way one to avoid

If i could award zero stars i would, I paid £130 for an air con unit not thinking then my misses said "Did you check the reviews?" So i did and my heart sank. I've been on to my credit card company to report it and they have told me to destroy my card as they have blocked it for security reasons and they will either get my money back from the company or they would refund me.

This shop is a fraud. Don't use it.

Wish I had seen theses reviews before I placed an order for aircon unit. I'm now of the opinion that shopify is just a front for all the scam shops, been done once before and that was shopify. This site should be closed down.

I ordered for 2 air conditioning units which never arrived. Delivery was scheduled as 2-6 days and it’s been 3 weeks now with items not received and no correspondence despite calling and sending emails. Thankfully I paid through Klarna and contacted them. They have frozen future payments and are investigating for an item which I know will never be delivered. Hopefully after their investigation I’ll get my first initial payment back.

Order 2 weeks ago an item with 2-6 days delivery never turned up scammers site.
