Terrible customer service and a piece of junk product. I explained to the agent that the bracelet just kept falling off randomly wasn’t even like I was doing anything crazy with it, and it fell off one day without me noticing and was lost. The mechanism they use to clasp the bracelet in place is trash. They stopped making the old fashion lobster claw clasp because it’s probably cheaper for them to use their junk technology. I asked the agent for a replacement for the piece of junk bracelet and they said they couldn’t do anything besides offer a discount on a second bracelet which also kept coming off because the clasp is junk. That one fell off as well and I decided not to give anymore money to this fake company. The bracelets and chains are not actually 14K gold they are “gold plated” that’s why they can sell them for so cheap. Also you can’t leave a review on their actual website which is concerning because they have only 5 star reviews which is disingenuous since I couldn’t even leave this review to let future customers know what they’re getting. If they were to fix the tech or just add lobster claw clasps back, make a “write a review” button available and market the products as what they actually are “gold plated chains and bracelets” I would have no problem. Other than that this company is a fraud and makes junk products.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my necklace. Even though I was out of warranty, Jaxxon still went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of. They replaced my necklace with a newer style for free, since my original was discontinued. The whole process went smoothly and I received my new necklace only 2 days later, after shipping out my damaged one. I will continue to only buy their products. Thank you!

All of these reviews have to be fake or only done after the first day. These people sell literal pieces of junk. Do not purchase. Instead go to Walmart or other places where you can get the same item, a discolored piece of fake jewelry, for hundreds less. I tried to get help and they ended the chat. My order # is 1587955. I read all the reviews about this necklace I watched videos on it. I was anticipating the date I could afford to buy this necklace It’s was around Christmas time and I gave it as a gift to myself feeling proud to own a Jaxxon necklace. This thing is good. So I thought. I wore it all winter and going into summer. That’s when I noticed the JAXXON NECKLACE was melting onto my cloths and skin. It ruined all my winter clothes. I just bought new white shirts that have a gold color stain around the color. I lost out in clothes More money than the chain is even worth. Don’t fall for the bright light and shining stars. It’s not here buddy. Keep look. Let me know what you find.
