Iwoca "merry go round"
we advised from the outset of the application that our bank does not allow access to customers accounts so Iwoca still asked us to send PDF statements , which we did downloaded from the banks portal.
The statements automatically had a pin number which was also given to Iwoca but they said they still could not open.
So we printed out all the statements and scanned them in PDF format.
After one month on Friday 4th Sept 2026 Iwoca replies (after continous calls and chasing for a decision) that they need access to our account.
The whole excercise has been a waste of time and after they have seen all the statements .
They should have told us from day one it was imperative for them to get on line access to our account but they made us go through all the procedures knowing full well the application was not going to succeed.
Also everytime call them the representative (Jessica) is on another call and despite leaving messages , no one calls back.
Disatorous !!

BEWARE!!! INTEREST CHARGES
BEWARE!!!! OF INTEREST CHARGES !!’ PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company until you have checked how they charge interest, I thought the interest was yearly but its monthly which works out to be a fortune to pay back.,I don’t want people to be duped like I was and struggle the way I did to pay it off. Caused me so much stress I have been in tears most months
