Everything i designed was delivered excellent

Website is always easy to follow and the product is of great quality.

I asked if I could have my order by 9/10 and was assured that if I responded to this email by the 4th and paid for an additional fee I would have it by the 10th, I responded the 4th and twice on the 5th with still no response

The material was thin and cheap. One of the letters was missing

I was supposed to have my product by yesterday. Now it’s delayed and the product is useless to me.

The personalized bracelets look great! I can't wait to share them with others. Imprint makes personalized ordering easy to navigate.

Quick delivery. Print looked great.

I love how quick and easy it was to order last minute and our product was delivered in time for our event! I felt a little lost after submitting my order because I didn't see a proof for a couple of days, but a quick call to Customer Service and it was immediately delivered to my inbox. I also appreciated the delivery notifications once shipped.

After artwork was sent and approved I received an email saying they could not do the artwork. After submitting new artwork I was told they could not ship them in time for what I needed them for. I paid more to have shipping with guaranteed delivery. It is more than a week past that date and the order has still not been shipped and customer service can not give me any timeline of when they will be sent.

My order came delivered quickly and the product was high quality.

Design online was easy with a ton of options. Very nice to be able to verify your design before purchasing. Process and shipment was quick.

It took over a for my order to get reviewed. My print date when I ordered was over a week earlier than was actually delivered. I also had to shell out $30 extra for a different type of product than what I ordered. Then they wanted to charge me another $50 to get the order in time. They are cheap looking can coolers for over $2 each.

Do not order from this company... they have dishonest business Practices when it comes to production and shipping times. I ordered 150 buttons for a event and the day they said they would arrive they had not even been made yet (in production) and am being told if I pay more money for shipping they will make them faster.... and now are telling me maybe another 2 to 3 weeks and they will be after the event. Please choose another company.

My custom cup order arrived two days after my event, 4 business days after they were supposed to arrive.

Easy to order. Fast shipping. They were out of one color but replaced it with another. The process for notifying me of that was a bit confusing, but I got what I ordered with one change and that is what mattered.

I used imprint.com to make hand fans for our football team. I uploaded the photos in 2 pdf's 8x8 for some reason they reduced the back side to 1/3 of that size so half of the teams photos are really small and some are big. The quality of the fan itself is flimsy. I have tried to get a reprint or refund but they are refusing to help. I will not order from imprint.com again. I am very unhappy with their products.

Signs were exactly as I designed them.

If I have any complaint, although I am used to it now, the design segment could use some better step by step instructions for new users. I lost my design at first try because I wasn’t sure how to save it.

Great product, grandkids loved the tshirts!

The quality of product was not acceptable and cheap looking compared to previous items ordered. Personalized print can’t not been seen yet we were charged for 3 color printing.
