Nous sommes désolés que votre eSIM n’ait pas fonctionné correctement pendant votre séjour dans les Pouilles.

Ce n’est pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir. Dans certains endroits, une sélection manuelle du réseau ou un simple réglage peut être nécessaire pour obtenir la meilleure connexion disponible.

eSIM coverage relies on local mobile networks and can vary depending on the area, but we’d still like to investigate what happened. Hi Thomas,

We’re sorry for the confusion. We have checked your order and can confirm that you purchased a Sweden-only eSIM, not a Europe regional eSIM.

The eSIM is therefore designed to work only in Sweden and will not provide coverage in Denmark. To use mobile data in Denmark, you would need to purchase either a Denmark eSIM or a Europe regional eSIM that includes both countries.

We’re sorry the signal did not meet your expectations in the mountains. Coverage in remote and mountainous areas can vary because it depends on the local network, nearby towers, terrain and weather conditions.
