I paid this company in April 2025 to help me obtain an AIMA appointment. The main reason I chose them was because they claimed they had an alternative booking system and estimated the process would take around 3 months.

It has now been 15 months.

I never received the service I paid for. The case is no longer relevant to me, and the employee handling my application has ignored my messages for almost 3 months.

I have requested a refund, but so far I have received neither the promised service nor my money back.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Taking payment, failing to deliver the promised service, and then ignoring the customer is completely unacceptable.

If anything changes and my refund is processed, I will update this review. Until then, I strongly advise others to think twice before paying for their services.

Подавался на визу Digital Nomad D8 с лёгким мандражом, вышел с одобрением и ощущением поддержки за спиной. Команда разложила всё по-людски, собрали документы до идела на сколько это возможно, помогли с NIF, счётом и страховкой, записали в VFS и напомнили что взять на подачу. По дороге до консульства писал вопросы в мессенджер и получал ответы довольно таки оперативно. Никаких скрытых платежей, сроки адекватные, без сюрпризов. На AIMA пришёл уже готовым и ушёл с закрытым вопросом. Спасибо команде Hacking Portugal, искренне рекомендую тем, кто хочет сберечь себе нервы и время.

Все четко, как договаривались

They didn’t do their job! I paid 3800€ and they didn’t do more than half of the job and did not refund the money. Do not trust them, worst and most expensive agency in Portugal. The whole experience was a disaster.

Зверталися за консультацією стосовно переїзду в Португалію. Отримали всі відповіді на свої запитання. Також допомагали нам отримати не резидентський NIF. За три дні два номери вже були у нас.
Рекомендую та буду звертатися ще.
