After reviewing your conversation with Sab, we can confirm that the resolution she offered was initiated with our logistics partner as part of the agreed arrangement. Unfortunately, we understand that this did not progress as expected, and we apologise that you were left without the update and follow-up you were expecting.

While we are unable to share internal screenshots or request records here, we want to reassure you that your concern was reviewed. To make sure this is properly addressed, we have instructed Sab to create a new order for your complimentary replacement based on the agreement previously made with you.
