Einfache Bestellung. Sehr gute Zahlmöglichkeiten. Da Wir haben ein Hundesofa gekauft für unseren Labrador. Die Lieferzeit war vom Gefühl her lang. Da aber jedes Sofa auf Bestellung erst produziert wird war diese dann doch akzeptabel. Unser Hund liebt das Sofa und schläft seitdem viel besser.

Order has never been dispatched despite ordering over a month ago and customer service is now ignoring my emails. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

Je fais suite à la réponse reçue de l'entreprise pour prévenir ceux qui seraient tentés de commander chez eux de s'abstenir.
Escroquerie délibérée : une fois le litige ouvert sur Paypal, j'ai reçu un mail via ma boite perso pour me dire qu'il fallait clore le litige afin qu'il puisse me régler immédiatement.
Trop confiante, je n'ai pas eu le réflexe de vérifier à quoi cela m'engageait : en fermant un litige, on perd définitivement la protection Paypal. Par contre FunnyFuzzy le sait très bien et joue sur cela. Aucune réponse à Paypal qui a malgré tout tenté une conciliation à l'amiable.
Je vais donc joindre le site au Royaume Uni comme suggéré mais en l'absence de règlement sous quinzaine, je lance une procédure de contentieux. Cela prendra du temps sans doute mais je ne lâcherai pas.
Voilà, épargnez vous des tracas et commandez ailleurs !

UTTER SCAM!! Nice website & range but EVERYTHING COMES FROM CHINA!! A total con. Ordered 14/7, nothing received, no updates, no response to my chasing (apart from the usual “apologies” & “customs delays may affect”…etc. etc.). Avoid these con artists & find an alternative! We found what WE wanted from Pets at Home!

I would NEVER recommend this company. Ordered and paid for my order at the end of May---never received my order. After going back and forth with their Customer Service ( them saying, be patient, order is comng), still nothing!!!
They are happy to take your money, but never send out your order!!!
Stay clear of this company!!!!

I ordered a dog bed in June. It’s now September and no sign of it……not good enough as I even paid slightly more for speedy delivery. The tracking says still waiting for pick up in china.

I ordered $210 worth of couch covers on July 28th that I never received. I tried contacting the company 3 times and I received an automated reply that linked me to a tracking number that does not work. It has been 5 weeks and 2 days with no product.

On Jun 20, 2026 I ordered 2 x Urban Voyager ISOFIX Dog Car Seats. Order #FF35307U. I paid £135.51.

I emailed Jul 7, 2026 to check on the delivery status, they replied to say "checking all the details to get you an answer as soon as possible" and gave me a tracking number that didn't provide any information. "The information may be incorrect. Please check and try again".

Wed, Jul 15 emailed them again to ask when my order would be delivered and reported the tracking number did not work. I did not receive a reply with a valid tracking number.

Jul 29 2026 I received an email to say that my order was dispatched is on it's way. The Items in this shipment is only 1 of 2
Urban Voyager ISOFIX Dog Car Seat
Then I had another email "The last item in your order is on the way". Nothing was ever delivered!

I have emailed this company again today asking for a valid tracking number and honest communication that I will actually receive this order or I am opening a fraud case via my bank.

Dont buy there! I ordered in July and now it‘s September - still no delivery even though they provided a tracking number. I‘ll recall my payment through the provider for obvious fraud.

Never again!!!

Terrible service. Paid $168 for a sofa couch cover. Order placed in July, and confirmation order was shipped two weeks later. Tracking number provider but shows no status. Tried contacting via Emailing Customer Support , Facebook Page, Instagram. With no success. Customer Support never responded to my two Emails sent and Facebook and Instagram and get the similar response to what I see on here ask to send the order number and they would be happy to support. I am going to report this company is to the ACCC as at this stage I just want my money back.

I ordered about $130 worth of couch covers. I paid $20 for expedited shipping. I waited 2 whole weeks before asking them when my product would be shipped. They continued to give generic and vague responses blaming different departments and assuring me my order would be prioritized. I requested a refund on expedited shipping since it still has not been sent. They offered me 10%($13) of my order refunded upon delivery. I told them that would not work and that I wanted a refund on shipping that was clearly not expedited. They ignored that request with another vague response complaining about their logistics department. They told me my order was processing and about to be shipped over a week ago, and it’s still not on the way. I have now sent them three emails spaced days apart requesting a full refund and to cancel my order, as it has now been nearly a MONTH with the order status stuck at, “confirmed.” Do not waste your money with this company!

I’ve been waiting for over 40 days for my package. after almost 30 days, they provided a tracking number that doesn’t exist anywhere. Then they claimed to be arranging a reshipment because they received an update about my order (what does that even mean?).

Eventually, I had to report the issue to my credit card issuer and request a chargeback.

Do not use this company. Goods I ordered had not arrived after several months, so I requested a refund. I was told I needed to provide paypal details for the refund (highly suspicious that it could not be refunded through the original payment method), and needless to say no refund has materialised. I am reporting this company to Trading Standards.

I ordered in June, still not received my order which I paid over £70 for. Numerous emails sent to them which they keep saying it’s on its way. I have now asked for a full refund and surprise surprise it’s been ignored. I would not even give 1 star

At the moment 1 star is generous.
Order submitted on 07/07 advising ten day delivery. Email received 22/07 advising items dispatched and tracking number provided. As of today 04/09 no items have been received and the tracking information still shows as order pending.

I have sent numerous emails to FF customer services and have been told on 22/07, 09/08, 19/08 and 24/08 that my order was dispatched on each of these dates. I have requested a refund on at least three occasions each time being told that a refund cannot be issued as the items are in transit. Yet the tracking system advises that the order is still pending and has not yet been dispatched!

Shocking service altogether.

Having bought from them previously with no issue I must say that this experience will be the end of my dealings with them.

Ich hatte vor ca. 1,5 Wochen eine Bewertung zu diesem Unternehmen eingestellt und wurde freundlich von FunnyFuzzy gebeten ihnen per E-Mail alle relevanten Daten zukommen zu lassen, damit sie dies prüfen können und mir eine Information dazu geben können.
Nun ist 1 Woche vergangen, seitdem ich diese E-Mail gesendet habe und es ist wieder nichts passiert. Schade, ich hatte nochmal Hoffnung gehabt meine Bestellung doch noch zu erhalten oder wenigsten das investierte Geld zurück zu bekommen. Oder auch wenigstens eine Rückmeldung.
Tja, das ist schon sehr enttäuschend und wird dann wohl nichts mehr. 29.7. ging die Bestellung raus……
