First, let me start by saying I love this idea of a diamond with every candle. This is an awesome idea however, I’ve ordered one time and I ran into three problems just in this one order. The first problem could’ve just been an accident, but I received a diamond smaller than what the bag and the diamond number claimed it was. The diamond number was telling me that it was a .037. I believe it is when it was actually .02. The second issue and this was getting into the issues why I won’t be re-ordering unless they find a way to fix these issues. The candle sent is very faint when not being burned and I burned my candles for 10 hours and I could not smell them. It’s basically like burning an unscented candle. When I could buy a candle for five dollars that will smell amazing throughout my house. The second issue is more of a principal issue. I just don’t like being lied to. These candles claimed to be 70 our candles maybe that’s true if you burn them a certain way I’m not sure what I do know as I burned two of them for 10 hours and the candle was halfway gone after so when I burn them for another 10 hours, the candle will be gone. There is no 70 hours. There’s about a 50 hour difference between what they’re claiming And what’s actually happening? Like I said, I love this idea of a free diamond with every candle, but this seems more as a trash candle with every diamond. And if I’m gonna pay 25 $30 for a candle, it better be amazing and if it says it’s gonna burn for 70 hours, you better bet I expected to burn for 70 hours.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was given a gift card so I only had to pay half price for four candles. First, the candles burn sloppy and fast. They smell terrible to me. People have different scent thresholds though. And two of mine didn’t have diamonds. The vials were empty. I immediately contacted the company. They made me send proof. I sent proof. I received an email saying they could see why I’d be disappointed and they would “escalate” my concern. The website says that a missing diamond means they will send one of equal value. That was 3/19/26. It is now July 2026. Nothing from the company. Less than par candles that cost more than they are worth. Even worse customer service. Just not worth it for diamonds that are valued literally at $19…you are not getting anything larger. I promise. Just go to HomeGoods. Much better deals on much better candles.

Although there have been a couple issues with my order it was able to be handled promptly with little to no additional trouble.

I was given one of these a few years back and I didn’t think the smell was smelly enough but I thought it was a creative and fun gift. Then finally the diamond. So teeny tiny but again it was fun. Thought about ordering some for my girlfriends but when almost every review good or bad mentions problems with broken items so you probably missed that date but good news customer service was awesome … I don’t have time nor do I want to be on a first name basis with customer service. I want to order get and give. They wouldn’t need customer service if they packaged shipped or quality controlled the product before it left their control.
Holla to all my CSR’s out there cuz this is job security for you but I still don’t wanna ever have to call you. And from reviews sounds like whether or not I’m gonna have to.
I’ll branch out this time. Good luck, you really had a good thing going.

I love how great the communication is here..if there are any issues they will contact you right away and try to get it resolved..I have yet to have a bad experience here and ill happily continue to order more of they're products.

Love these candles! Fun names, they smell great, last a long time and they come with a diamond! Now they have a fun game, Spin the Wheel, save on your favorite candles and win something special! We all love a good deal, right?

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I can’t remember if I’ve ordered three or four of their candles, the first one I got, had a microscopic shard of something, if by chance it was even a diamond, I am sure it was a lab diamond. These last two candles I bought, the foil covered vial had literally nothing in it. The first time it happened I have document everything and send them all the info, and they still said there was no proof, but they agreed to replace the vial. Well, what team was the same little Ziploc baggie that was in the first vial, worth virtually nothing. I was furious that there was no chance of winning anything larger because they didn’t even send me one of the mystery foil covered vials. I just burnt the last one I had, which burns really fast if you ask me, and once again the foil covered vial had absolutely nothing in it. I don’t even know how they could say it would be a certificate of authenticity, because I don’t know how they would fit that in. I’m just so mad because I was dumb enough to be taken advantage of twice. They don’t even have a place on their website to give reviews. I will be going everywhere I can to post this, and to let people know that they are throwing their money down the drain. What a crappy company!

I bought my wife the candle thinking it would be fun and exciting for her to know once it's burned she will find a lil diamond surprise. She burned it longer than most wanting to get to the diamond. But instead of fun and excitement. She/we both were very disappointed that there was no diamond. I messaged saying either somehow no diamond was added or if was one of the few to have a larger diamond did employee steal it. Either way I only paid the higher price so my wife could have fun finding a diamond. And I've not been sent an exchange or refund.

I have never receive my order candle , I bought 6 of them and would like to be refunded or send me what I ordered. I sending this message again because I have no news from you guys. Please it cost me so much I would like to have an answer .it cost me 171$

I did not get a diamond in my dad candle and I paid 79.00 dollars for the candle what is going on is this a scam I want my money back from you guys

I was so hyped to to get my candle and I have been burning it all last knight as well as all day today and I finally got the jar out. Unwrapped it and there was literally NOTHING IN THE JAR AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 2x the diamonds. This is a joke. I wish I wouldn't have got my hopes up. This has left such a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

I saw a great deal for one of the Foreverwick candles without a diamond in it.. I debated on buying it or paying a little more for one that had a diamond inside it. Then I found out that I could add a FREE diamond to my order!! I jumped on it but when it arrived I couldn’t find the free diamond. I messaged their customer support and Marry was very helpful. Turns out the free diamond was right in front of my eyes… clear taped to the invoice. :) it was nice asking for help and not only getting it quickly but actually getting help. Thanks Again Marry
