We initially trialled the sample pack and a few treats. The prompt delivery was excellent. We subsequently purchased a couple of products but unfortunately our two pups had some issues. Eureka were extremely approachable and very quick with assisting us to resolve our questions. Whilst only a couple of treats are suitable for our boys we would certainly recommend Eureka to others that feel this is a path they would like to try as they will support you through the transition process. The 100% guarantee is genuine, which was also a relief, because some providers seem to find reasons why they won't refund.

I accidentally ordered the wrong flavour the amazing team supported me and helped me through the process of changing it. Also ordered the sample pack highly recommend as it helped find my doggies favourite. She loved them all but went crazy for the venison. Thanks heaps team will be recommending to all my dog loving friends.

This food is exceptional. Extremely healthy for your pet. Easy to order.. customer support is top of the line.. my dog has been eating this for years and he is 13 and still loving it!!!

I love this company! Not only the quality of their dog food & treats but they have always been incredibly responsive and helpful when I have reached out for assistance.

Have been great when my puppy dog stopped eating. Had no problem cancelling for time being. Have continued with the chews as that seems to be the only thing he is eating at the moment.

I purchased Eureka as a change to what I am currently giving my 2 little Mini Foxies (both 14 yrs young).

The experience has been good from start to finish. I had a question regarding the ratio of Omega 3 & 6's, as that is important for dogs, and this was answered the very next day (via email ~ which is good for me).

My doggos really love the treats and the Eureka dried food. When I serve up their dinner (I only feed once per day to maintain a healthy dog), it's suddenly quiet on the "feed me" excitement front 🤣. I sometimes watch quietly and observe how intense they are with devouring their din dins.

Amazing service and dog food.
I read the “too expensive” reviews but, you get what you pay for. There’s no bulk fillers in their kibble unlike other far more costly brands.
My Am Staff has food allergies and I’ve not had any issues since changing. She loves the single protein chicken.

I have an older dog named Letty and since she has been on Eureka her eyes skin and general wellbeing has improved significantly and she is so much happier but I now have a treat fiend and she can’t get enough so happy!

I accidentally ordered an additional box and was very impressed with the rapid response from Eureka assisting with its return and free postage. Not to mention Angus the Cairn is really enjoying his breakfast nowadays.

Great nutrition I read all ingredients and think everything is perfect very healthy and I am going to continue with a subscription delivery.

I like that the food is all healthy ingredients and freeze dried. There is also a great range of healthy snacks. Your customer service is just amazing. The staff listen to what your query is and nothing is too much of a problem for them. This is such a rarity these days They are a wonderful company to support

FINALLY,a Pet Food company that can supply food that my Yorkiepoo pup can eat !! Not only can she eat it but she loves every sample pack that I received as well as the Chicken Chews,as long as she keeps eating your products,I'll keep buying them.

Ruby is a very fussy 9‑year‑old Cavoodle, and she has absolutely loved all three of Eureka’s air‑dried recipes. We buy through the subscription, which is so easy to fast‑track or delay when needed. The standout feature, and something I haven’t found with any other dried dog food, is that there are no crumbs whatsoever at the bottom of the bag. Nothing wasted, nothing to throw out. Brilliant quality.

My dog - an 7 year old Labrador who is a lovely 25kg in weight absolutely loves Eureka. Her coat is looking shinier and I just feel better knowing that she is getting pure ingredients with no fillers.
It is expensive and especially if you are feeding a larger dog, but I feel that it is worth it if her overall health is better. I'm on a subscription which is easy to manage. Can only give a high recommendation.
