Well, I'm from Kenya, and I have gone through a ton of reviews. Honestly, I have been applying since mid-2024, and I haven't gotten any luck.

What's worrying is their complete PRIDE and IGNORANCE in giving feedback to the applications made. I think the administrators are a bunch of LONELY and MOODY folks who think they are way better than others!!!!

Esperienza estremamente negativa con il servizio E-Moderators. Ritengo scorretto il modo in cui viene gestita la comunicazione con gli utenti: molte persone possono avere l’impressione di parlare con una singola persona di sesso femminile reale, mentre il servizio sembra basarsi su operatori diversi che rispondono ai messaggi dietro compenso.
Trovo particolarmente grave che utenti vulnerabili possano essere incentivati a spendere denaro in crediti e a condividere contenuti personali o intimi sulla base di un rapporto che potrebbe non essere quello percepito.
A prescindere dalle modalità operative dichiarate dal servizio, considero questo tipo di esperienza poco trasparente e profondamente deludente. Un servizio che mette al centro le relazioni tra persone dovrebbe garantire chiarezza, rispetto e tutela degli utenti, non alimentare aspettative che possono portare a spese inutili o situazioni spiacevoli.

Ho provato questo lavoro per pura curiosità, e sono rimasta disgustata dalla mentalità sfruttatrice di questi imbecilli senza dignità, pieni di tracotanza e invidia verso le donne. Usano pratiche manipolative e intimidatorie. Qualcuno faccia in modo di rovinare questi delinquenti furbi che si nascondono online. È inaccettabile che in un Paese civile esista ancora questo degrado.

Hi everyone, I want to warn you all against E-moderators. I had earned 36 EUR and was meeting all their quotas (250 messages per period). Suddenly, my account was deleted without any notice. When I contacted them, they just sent me lies—claiming I was using a mobile phone (which wasn't true) and that my work had "worsened" after March 2nd, even though I hadn't sent a single message since that date.
They are just looking for excuses. Their reviewers were sending me corrections for absolute nonsense and contradictory things. One time I was "too friendly," the next time "not enough." One time they complained about having more than one question in a message, and the next time they complained that I only had one. I do not recommend working for this company. I have plenty of experience with chat moderation and I know how to write. E-moderators just looks for trivial mistakes and total bullshit just so they can fire you and avoid paying you what you’ve earned.

Truffa per chi ci vuole lavorare

Wat een bedrijf. Heb hier gewerkt. Werd al snel gepromoveerd tot pro operator, met een lulverhaal dat het werk zo goed was. Daarna bijna bij elk bericht gecorrigeerd, terwijl de berichten hetzelfde waren als voor de promotie. Klachten over typfouten, wordt het bericht aangepast, met nog meer typfouten? Maar daar mag je niks over zeggen. Of de berichten worden aangepast met de vraag of de klant aankomende vrijdag wat samen wil gaan drinken. Dus daar moet je jezelf dan weer onderuit praten, wat bijna niet mogelijk is. Dus weer klachten aangezien er dan geen interesse zou zijn in de klant. De verifiers maken het werk bijna niet te doen. Blij dat ik hier weg ben, er zijn betere bedrijven voor thuiswerk. Tip, sla dit bedrijf snel over, het kost je veel tijd voor weinig.

The worst chat moderation company currently in the market.
I was working for them for one month and had to quit. The reason was their inconsistent feedback. At first, they made me “properator” and fed me with bull**It about my great potential during the first week. Then something changed and every day i was getting emails full of so called mistakes i made (This is very hard to dispute because their manual is written very vaguely with lots of mistakes) and threats about cancelling my account. What pushed me over the edge was the fact that if they cancelled your account before you manage to earn 50euros (which is the limit for getting paid) you would lose all your money. So i quit and left them around 20euros i had in my account but i was simply not willing to get harrassed all the time and potencially lose even more money. To me they are scamming both - their customers and their employees.
Avoid them, there are so many better companies than this one.

Mai visto un lavoro peggiore.... Dopo due anni il team di correttori, gli esperti come si definiscono, si fanno le regole a loro uso e consumo. Prima ti correggono in un modo, poi correggono la loro correzione e ti fanno uscire fuori di testa. Manuale scritto coi piedi, dove con 4 righe si parla di qualità..... Laura, la qualità è OGGETTIVA, mettitelo in quella testa. Poi il top è l'altra tizia che ti fa i corsi, maleducata, presuntuosa, mentre ti spiega le cose, che poi spiegare è un eufenismo, si fa i fatti suoi, sembra la migliore ma è solo una delle tante persone di un team composto da buffoni. Statene alla larga.

Mit etwas Glück kommt man (in der Woche) auf einen Stundenlohn von ca. 4-6€ aber auch nur dann wenn durchgehend Nachrichten verfügbar sind. Dies ist meist nicht der Fall. Man wartet oftmals Stundenlang auf Nachrichten und sitzt vor einem leeren Bildschirm. An Wochenenden zb. hat man das glück innerhalb von 8h gerade mal 2-5 Nachrichten zu bekommen.. Ja richtig... Man hängt 8h davor um vielleicht 1€ zusammen zu bekommen. Zum glück habe ich Parallel anderweitig gearbeitet denn sonst wäre das ganze eine pure Zeitverschwendung gewesen.

Außerdem wird Akribisch auf jedes Detail geachtet. Man muss mit den Kunden wie ein Roboter Texten. Gefühle? Gibt's nicht. Emojis? Auch nicht. Jedes einzelne Wort muss nach dem Absenden überprüft werden. Ebenso auch die Schreibweise damit auch bloß nichts falsch verstanden wird. Dann noch die Profilpflege und was weiß ich nicht alles...

Des weiteren kommt hinzu, dass ich unter diesen Bedingungen kaum 50€ die Woche geschafft hatte obwohl ich dies in ähnlichen Chats easy am Tag schaffe. Der Witz daran ist, das dies bestraft wird und man ja in der Woche mindestens 250 Nachrichten schaffen muss. Da man ansonsten einfach rausgeworfen wird. 250 Nachrichten klingen ja erstmal nach nichts, aber diese erreicht man eben einfach nicht, da kein Traffic vorhanden ist. Als ich dies ansprach, wurde ich selbstverständlich gesperrt und vom restlichen Geld ist keine Spur....

Nebenbei erwähnt Arbeite ich schon 10 Jahre in diesem Bereich. Selbst bei den ranzigsten Chats bekommt ihr mehr Geld als dort... Sucht euch daher lieber (zb. auf Facebook) eine Seriöse Agentur die Jahrelang einen guten Eindruck hinterlässt. Die bieten meist auch mehrere Chats an.
Achtet außerdem auch weniger auf die Vergütung pro In/Out sondern achtet lieber auf guten Traffic.

I'm from Portugal and had no experience as a chat moderator. I found e-moderators. At first, it was good for me because they paid me the amount I had earned by writing to people. However, after discovering many errors in my writing, they wanted to schedule a call with Teams, even though they hadn't made a contract with me. Since I refused and hadn't reached the goal with them, they canceled my account access. Then, I asked them for another opportunity, and they gave it to me, but a few days after giving me the opportunity, they took it away. I had accumulated a lot of money and was trying to reach 50 euros. I had a good and bad experience with this company, but overall, it was very bad. First, because they don't make contracts or provide proof of payment. Then, they're always fussing over details and there's little work for people at certain times. I was enjoying the work, but I feel like I was deceived and that the money thing was just to make me want to contribute. I don't find them reliable, since I looked for real information about the company, and it doesn't seem like it. If you really want to make money, don't go to this company.

Ragazzuoliii sono Silvano. Allora, ci ho lavorato per 4 anni e ragazzi se siete educati e rispettate le regole, i pagamenti ci sono e amen, tutto preciso. Il team HR si monta un po' la testa così come la tipa che controlla i verificatori, mi ha licenziata perché le ho scritto in privato e (non ho capito se mentiva o no) continuava a sostenere che io stessi online a scrivere recensioni "ovunque" negative sul sito, tipo diffamazione. Cose ovviamente non vere :D In ogni caso non diffamo nessuno ma se trovano recensioni negative in futuro, che non si stupiscano... ma non saranno mie. Quella che feci anni fa ho controllato, e la cancellai poco dopo che la scrissi! Quindi è da molto che non c'è più; di conseguenza, ho la coscienza più pulita della tipa che mi ha licenziato. Si, non c'era un contratto e si le tasse erano a carico mio.. Ma ho comunque il diritto di richiedere un certo tipo di risarcimento. Cosa che non farò perché è tempo perso con loro, voilà.

Estuve en prueba 3 dias y mi experiencia fue nefasta.
1 - Corregidores. No soy tonto y estos no saben que estamos en el 2025 y que se puede averiguar rapidamente que estos utilizan Inteligencia Artificial para corregir a los de prueba.

De los 50 mensajes enviados 20 fueron corregidos.
Una locura tomando en cuenta que todos los corregidos eran mensajes que al final se sienten como IA (XD)
Se hacen jactar de normativas, etc y al final los mensajes que en si deberían ser totalmente humanos y con coherencia para llamar la atención, al final se sienten inhumano, robot, sin alma, haciendo que el cliente pierda el interés.

Sin contar que además, los de soporte no te ayudan y solamente te contactan para recibir tu renuncia como lo hice yo.
Sinceramente, si buscan un empleo parecido, no entren aqui, los corregidores no están ahi para ayudarte, ya que mientras mas mensajes corregidos, mas posibilidades tienes tu de ser despedido sin razón. A si que no se molesten por que ya sea que quieras entrar por el dinero, el pago es sumamente nefasto y como anteriormente he dicho, los corregidores harán lo imposible para hacer que tu trabajo haya sido en vano.

The traffic is horrendous

They expect you to reach 250 messages despite their poor traffic. This goal is unreachable and one can go for 7 hours without a single message popping up.

Ho lavorato per questa piattaforma per oltre due anni (2021–2022) e l’esperienza era positiva: ambiente chiaro, pagamenti puntuali, formazione semplice scambio mail con hr veramente ottimale. Il team HR era presente ma non invadente e bastava seguire linee guida base per lavorare in tranquillità. Per un guadagno extra, era tutto sommato onesto: 10-13 cent a messaggio, con piena autonomia.

A distanza di tempo, avendo di nuovo tempo libero, ho tentato di rientrare. Ma il contesto è cambiato.

HR oggi è un muro impersonale che invia mail contraddittorie. Mi hanno proposto di entrare in un team ristretto per la qualità del mio lavoro e, poche ore dopo, chiesto una call su Teams per “troppi errori”. ho richiesto per favore di spiegarmi una correzione, non l'hanno saputo fare. al sollecito hanno risposto che la esamineranno.
accetto la call ma spiego che mio malgrado quel giorno a quell'ora precisa non avevo privacy per una videochiamata, offrendo alternative (telefono, altro orario/giorno). Nessuna flessibilità. Solo: “per prassi sospendiamo il profilo in attesa di data”. data che io ho provato a proporre, ma loro lavorano solo dalle 10 alle 15 lunedì venerdì- peccato che sia un'ora per me impossibile, in quanto sono anche io su un luogo di lavoro. ho quindi spiegato il contesto, hanno richiesto che io fossi sola. allora ho proposto la via telefonica, hanno negato. il sabato? non lavorano. mi libero io e decido di accettare la loro proposta: mi cambiano data - tutto in pochissime ore e decine di mail

Parliamo di compensi bassi — qualche decina di euro a settimana — 60 - 70 euro a lavorare 5 h al giorno più o meno, ma si pretende disponibilità immediata, silenzio e piena arbitrarietà da parte loro su come gestirti, proprio come un bot. Le risposte sono vaghe, impersonali, firmate da una "Laura" generica. in realtà è chiearo che non sia una sola persona ma depersonalizzare alla fine significa anche deresponsabilizzare.

Sì, i pagamenti arrivano. Ma 300-350 euro al mese esagerando non giustificano una gestione poco rispettosa.

Un peccato, perché il lavoro in sé è più intuitivo di altri portali simili e l'impegno è commisurato comunque al guadagno, si può fare!
Ma a un certo punto, la dignità vale più del guadagno. E quando chi ti chiede di essere umano ti tratta da bot, qualcosa si rompe.

ultimamente non considerano che chi lavora per loro è comunque un collaboratore, non uno straccio o un bot da gestire bloccando il log in alla piattaforma se non può rispondere a un teams quando vogliono loro. E ricevere nello stesso giorno lodi e convocazione per errori è assurdo.

Non si aspettano che qualcuno salvi gli screenshot, risalga ai clienti — con strumenti base — e decida di informarli. Se il rispetto manca da una parte, l’altra può reagire. ed è anche corretto che lo gaccia.

Io l’ho già fatto: una decina di contatti li ho rintracciati. Ogni giorno di sospensione, uno sarà contattato. Con rispetto, ma con chiarezza. Perché la coscienza, prima o poi, si sveglia e se veniamo trattati come pezze da piedi tanto noi quanto i clienti, loro non possono reagire, non conoscendo le logiche, qualcun altro lo dovrà fare.

almeno prima c'era rispetto e si aveva a che fare con un team disposto a leggere - rispondere - ascoltare. che poi per il lavoro che è non si parla di chissà quali questioni irrisolvibili!

Ich bin einfach nur dankbar für diese Chance! Von Anfang an habe ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Team ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Ich konnte viel lernen und arbeite mittlerweile wieder für das Unternehmen, das spricht wohl für sich. Besonders schätze ich die Flexibilität: Wenn ich mal freie Tage brauche, ist das kein Problem. Die Bezahlung ist pünktlich und fair. Dank dieser Arbeit habe ich einen Job, den ich von zu Hause aus machen kann, gut bezahlt und mit Arbeitszeiten, die zu meinem Leben passen. Für mich ist das die perfekte Lösung, einfach top und weiterzuempfehlen!

Travail non rémunéré après une période d’essai

J’ai effectué une période d’essai pour cette entreprise, en respectant leurs consignes et en fournissant un travail sérieux. Malgré cela, ils ont refusé de me payer sous prétexte que je n’aurais pas atteint leurs standards, en m'accusant à tort d’avoir travaillé depuis un téléphone – ce qui est totalement faux.

Leur politique consiste à ne rémunérer que les personnes qui sont retenues à l’issue de la période d’essai. Concrètement, cela signifie que vous pouvez travailler plusieurs jours sans jamais être payé.

C’est une façon inacceptable de traiter les gens. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise à ceux qui respectent leur temps et leur travail.

My experience is highly positive. Very good company. They offer training and help with any doubts. Working hours are flexible, there are no problems with days off, and payments are always on time. I'm happy here because now I have a well-paying job I can do from home, with the freedom to set my own schedule. I sincerely recommend.

Ik werk hier al een poos, beste betaling per bericht in tegenstelling tot andere platforms kan je hier tot 19 cent verdienen en je krijgt leuke bonus soms. Je kan werken wanneer en waar je wil als je maar een laptop hebt :) Leuk contact ook met HR Nederland altijd!!!
