Your product was fine your customer service is fine but the company you used to transport the items damaged them

Easy peasy from start to finish! Ordering was a breeze, I received a nice discount and was offered a choice of delivery dates! 2 man delivery who brought it directly into the bedroom! Assembly took 45 mins! Can’t fault the product or the service!

Great service, kept up to date with delivery, on whole good quality pasta bowls, unfortunately found couple of chips in bowls, contacted customer service straight away and cannot fault their response, very quick. New replacement bowls being sent straigt away. Marvelous customer service. All sorted same day.

Hampshire corner chaise sent with feet missing. Customer services could not send additional feet or a new sofa as out of stock for a month ++. They offered a different sofa, which is not helpful. I now have to purchase new feet somewhere! They did not offer a discount nor did they offer to refund the cost of having to purchase new feet! Not happy

I didn't realise the bed wouldn't be built, I would never have bought. Everything is dumped in your room of choice. I live on my own and couldn't even move any, even the 2 men that delivered found them heavy. Wouldn't use your company agsin for yhst reason.

Fantastic products from Dusk once again. I have shopped from Dusk a lot in the past few years. I find there furniture In particularly excellent quality, the fittings are solid and quality and overall I’m very impressed.

Easy to order, good choice and delivered quite quickly with everything included.

Hattie for queries on two separate orders.I have to say it’s the best customer service I have ever received from a company ! Both of them went above and beyond keeping me updated at all times too. All of the staff when I have called have been an absolute delight to speak to and ensured my queries were resolved quickly . I Loved all my bedroom furniture so much that I’ve placed another order for all my son’s Furniture . The quality is amazing especially for the price too ! Highly recommended

I ordered the Poppy coffee table in pebble on the 30th April and your message read that it would be delivered within 10 days. After 83 days and 2 false delivery dates, I received the top of the coffee table but not the bottom. And you have the nerve to tell me that it is now out of stock. The bottom of the coffee has to be somewhere, find it, and deliver it asap, otherwise refund me the money. Expect a negative response on Trustpilot

Item purchased with next day delivery didn’t happen 😖😖

Had a few arising issues which were swiftly managed by Eleanor in customer service. I think the best indication of the quality and integrity of a service is how they deal with things when they don’t go to plan. Five stars to your team DUSK. Excellent service. Jo

Got what I expected. Delivered within the given time frame. Product seems to be of decent quality.
Be prepared, it is heavy (large wardrobe).
Instructions are good but assembly time time is a lot longer than the stated 90 minutes.
Good delivery company.

Ordered some furniture back in May, some of it was out of stock & on a pre order which was fine.

Anyway, it all got delivered Tuesday. Over 2 months later. We’ve gone to build the wardrobe & low & behold - missing fixtures so nothing can be put up 😅 contacted dusk who were quite frankly terrible. They’re re sending the parts out but it will take 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch - we’re still waiting for dispatch 😅😅😅😅 a joke. So many bad reviews and I should have listed.

I wanted to give 5 stars but unfortunately I did need to chase up my delivery as it took longer than expected to arrive.
However throughout the whole process I was extremely impressed with the people who looked into the issue for me, specifically Willyana and Shaven who were both extremely professional and helpful.
Item once received and assembled is as described and fits perfectly into my living space so I’m very happy with the final outcome.

Easy to order the bed is fantastic value for money and comfy .The delivery was on time fab 1st shopping experience with Dusk.

I currently received part of my full order, just opened the box and it made me open the dusk website and add some more items in my basket. I am very happy to my purchase.
