Stay away of doing business with those clowns, false promises to enroll you in opening an “escrow account” for awhile they negotiate your debt.
Will keep getting as much of your money doing nothing to resolve your debt.
No customer follow ups, no phone call or email answers. Will try to get as much they can of your money and then all their false promises disappear, they won’t be able to fulfill their promises and it will be almost impossible to recover the money they took at that point.
They are liars, irresponsible and for them taking of your money is their goal. The less they do is taking care of their false promised to reduce your debt.
At the end any reduction they can negotiate after they add their fees you will end paying much more than your original debt.
What a shame of liars, specially a woman named Delilha.

Restructured MCA and took payments but isn't paying the original creditor. Months have gone by, they blame their payment system, moral of the story, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Absolutely a terrible experience after 1 month of joining. Communication was HORRIBLE from the case manager. Always saying she would call back, never did, took days even weeks to reply to emails from myself and other company. I was stuck going back and forth with the other company on my own all while case manager was included in every email. After 1st month, I was told the payment couldn’t be reduced just terms would be extended.. when I decided to cancel I was told by end of month (April) I would get a copy of my file and everything I paid and until this day (May 12) NOTHING. Not even a response to over 5 emails to multiple people including attorney!

I booked the free consultation thinking it would just be a pitch, but they actually asked a lot of detailed questions about my income, cards, and business debts. They laid out a couple different options (including one that didn’t even involve hiring them) and let me go home and think, no pressure, which I really respected.

I put off talking to anyone about bankruptcy for way too long because I was embarrassed and didn’t understand the process. When I met with DAG they explained step by step what would happen and what papers I needed, so by the time we filed I wasn’t panicking anymore and the discharge went smoother than I expected.

I was getting calls day and night, even at work, and it was really stressing me out. After I hired DAG, the calls slowed down almost right away and within a couple weeks they were basically gone, which felt like getting my life back a bit.

They communicate with you until they don't. I was given an estimated savings of $7000 before I joined. After I signed a contract with them, was advised that with the company I was working with they would not be able to reduce the debt, just extend my payments. I joined the program to reduce debt, not extend payments. They told me the $7000 was just an estimated savings, and that $0 was also possible. Bait and switch to get you to join them. As I requested to cancel they said I would be charged 5% to cancel even though I was misled. No response from upper management.
