Don't buy from syngas
I purchased 3 syngas plug-ins and the company added 3 warranties which I did not order, a radar detector which I did not order and a tire inflated which I did not order.
I contacted them thru 34 emails before they responded for the address to send back the product for a full refund. I sent back the items and send them the tracking information but they still haven't refunded me the $192.81.
It appears on multiple reviews that they add additional items onto orders and its like pulling teeth to get them to respond let alone refund the monies due you.
I have since filed a complaint with BBB and filing a complaint with paypal.
I recommend not purchasing anything from this company.

This is a total rip off. The device does Not do anything closecto what is advertised. The Refund is a worse rip off. When you call in to get info on a return, they havecyou write a review. Then you call back to follow up on the return instructions. They Do Not take back an open or used item or refund you because it is used. Hello how are you to know know if it works or doesn't work unless you open it and use as instructed. Not Go There!!!

From purchase to receiving product everything went exceptionally well. Confirming order to advise product on way. Shipping details & advise that product has been delivered. The only fault is mine because I over ordered. Now waiting for information about returning ONLY the over ordered . Just not quick in responding to me. At first I thought I was scammed. How wrong was I & for that I apologize. Just me being impatient

Don’t ordered from mysyngas.com it’s a scam. Never got my product took my money and my credit card information and went shopping with it. Also I emailed for a tracking number and they could not provide me with one after 30days of ordering.

Everything was fine until I had to skip past a lot of bonus ads and you literally had to read fine print to go on to the next one. Here's to the product working!

Fast easy painless

I purchased OBD Fuel Saver to improve mpg. First, I drove 248 miles without it and my mpg was 20mpg. I plugged it in and drove 233 miles and my mpg dropped to 15.93 mpg. Returning this OBD Fuel Saver for refund.

When I plugged the device into the OBD port all it would do is flash lights. I thought it was reading the engine electronic settings but after 200 miles there was no change.

The SynGas device did not perform as advertised. I saw no change in my fuel efficency with the device.

When I first purchased product, company support was quick to respond and address any of my concerns. But after receiving products, and wanting to return them, that quick customer support went away and my inquiries were now being diverted to AI and automatic responses.

The customer service is great and Victoria is awesome to make things right.
She is a pleasure to work with that’s what this customer says, what she was able to do to make me happy was greatly appreciated!
