I have ordered a seven row extensions
I have ordered a seven row extensions. They are so thin even their thickest hair only 160 g and I spent almost $200 on it and whenever I told them that it’s not working for me they told me that they can offer $15 refund what am I gonna do with that? I honestly would not recommend.

Our policy allows for a full return and refund as long as the extensions are unused and in their original packaging. Since the set has already been used, it is ineligible for a standard return. Considering your frustration, our team offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Our extensions are made from 100% human Remy hair. The lighter ends and highlights in the #3/8/613 Balayage feature #613, a high-lift platinum blonde where natural underlying pigments have already been completely lifted at the factory level. Because of this, depositing darker shades onto the #613 portions requires a professional pre-pigmentation (filling) step to help new pigment adhere, rather than standard tinting formulas.
Additionally, as shared with our team, this set underwent three consecutive professional coloring attempts using strong developers in a short period. Subjecting high-lift hair to multiple back-to-back chemical sessions can over-process the hair structure, leading to color resistance.

Worse than horrific
I’ve had hair extensions for about 5 years. This is the worst hair I e ever had. It comes out of the package and is really pretty and soft. After one shampoo they are super dry, course and feel itchy. I can’t stand them touching my neck. My real hair is better than this hair. I would never order again

Because 100% human hair extensions do not receive natural oils from the scalp, they are extremely sensitive to certain ingredients after their very first wash. To maintain their softness and prevent dryness, it is essential to use a strictly Sulfate-Free hydrating shampoo followed by a deep conditioner, as traditional sulfate shampoos can strip the hair's moisture immediately and cause severe dryness or friction against the neck.

Extremely disappointing experience
I’ve been left with no choice but to leave this review after receiving no response to my emails from Googoo for over a month.
I have worn hair extensions back-to-back for around 8 years and have never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, this hair lasted barely a month before deteriorating significantly. I purchased 24” hair and within this short period it had reduced to around 18”, which is completely unacceptable in my experience.
I am very familiar with extension aftercare and have followed the recommended aftercare carefully. I have also done everything I possibly could to try and maintain and save the hair. The hair was actually unlooping from the top of the weft, which is something I have never experienced with extensions before.
I contacted Googoo regarding the issue and spoke with a woman called Lorraine. I explained that I had purchased the hair specifically because I wanted beautiful hair for my engagement party, and she was very understanding and seemed genuinely willing to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, after that, the email communication completely stopped. I have now been waiting for over a month with no response.
I also contacted them through Instagram and specifically asked them to respond to me via email. They acknowledged my message and said they would assist further through the existing email chain — but once again, I received absolutely nothing.
I would have been much more understanding if there had been an issue with a particular batch of hair or if something had gone wrong during manufacturing. These things can happen. What I find most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and customer service when I have tried repeatedly to resolve the issue.
Hair is a big thing for me, and after having extensions for around 8 years, I know what good-quality extension hair should look and feel like. I have never been so disappointed with a set of extensions, but the lack of support afterwards has honestly been the worst part of the entire experience.
I expected much better from Googoo and would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

Ils n’ont AUCUN problème à encaisser votre argent pour des articles qu’ils ne sont même pas capables de fournir, puis à vous laisser attendre des semaines sans aucune date précise de réapprovisionnement!!
J’ai commandé le 12 août un article affiché EN STOCK. Plusieurs jours après, toujours rien. Je contacte le service client : « Ah finalement il est en rupture »🤣
Et attention, le meilleur ! : l’article est toujours affiché comme disponible sur leur site aujourd’hui. Donc ils savent depuis plusieurs jours qu’ils n’ont pas le stock, mais continuent tranquillement à laisser les clients commander et payer. Magnifique.
Et quand on vous demande une solution : « choisissez une autre couleur » ou « attendez sans aucune date ! ». Bah oui, évidemment, pourquoi le client ne changerait-il pas de couleur de cheveux pour s’adapter à votre inventaire ? 💀
Aucune date de réapprovisionnement, aucune garantie de livraison, mais l’argent, lui, est bien encaissé immédiatement !!
Et le plus inquiétant, c’est que de nombreux avis signalent exactement les MÊMES problèmes de stock, d’expédition et de commandes qui restent bloquées. Malgré tous ces témoignages, on dirait que rien ne change !!! À croire que les avis clients servent uniquement de décoration.
Si vous cherchez un site qui sait parfaitement prendre votre argent mais beaucoup moins bien honorer ses commandes, vous êtes au bon endroit.

I love their products. After the first time of trying their products a few years ago I have never used any other company. Their clip ins look and feel so natural, are real hair, great quality, and last a long time. Their colors are perfect and easy to be match to my hair. Quality and affordability
I’ve been using GooGoo hair for a couple of years now. The quality is amazing and it’s on point for price. I love how soft and natural they feel. My hair is very fine but it blends so seamlessly that it’s virtually impossible to know I’m wearing them. They give me the volume I could never achieve with my natural hair and it does help me to feel more normal. And the color match? Spot on!

I have used a lot of extensions but I always come back to GOO GOO Hair! For the price point, you cannot beat the quality. It does dry wavy, but with upkeep it stays soft and full for months. I will never use any other brand again!

Super upset with this company- ordered…
Super upset with this company- ordered two bundles of butterfly wefts only received one. Then inquired a couple weeks later to see when the other would be coming- they told me it was out of stock. Gave me a colour that doesn’t match and I got hit with the shipping fee of their incompetence of $46.33
