We are a small business running some activities in the summer months. Baluu is perfect for us with the pay per booking fee structure. The system is not too complicated and easy to use. Customer support via e-mail is very good and always keen to help. After 3 seasons use I think Baluu is worth a 5* review! Many thanks Baluu!

Very poor service! Initially I was pleased with it, but over the last year inparticular (I have used them for 2) I have had issue after issue, which has been very frustrating for myself and all my clients. Apparently they have customer service available everyday but I've had 4 days of no replies to a long list of issues regarding customers being unable to book onto classes, and also it not allowing me to do so for them.

My students often ask if I can find another platform to use as Baluu is just not efficiently run, so I plan on going elsewhere in the new year.

Certainly not worth the hundreds paid each year for their "service", nor for the cut they take from earnings. Would never recommend.

Fantastic product and exceptional customer service. The site is intuitive and easy to self manage any event at a very low cost. However if you ever do need support the team are very quick and helpful in responding to emails. I would highly recommend this site for charities, PTA groups, small businesses or anyone looking to improve how they manage events on online bookings.

I reviewed a large number of booking platforms before deciding on Baluu. It had the range of features and flexibility I was looking for and I felt that platform had the breadth of offering that would keep pace with my business as it grew.

But what I hadn't expected was the detailed and personal level of service that Baluu extends. I can't believe how helpful they were and the way they listened and then responded. Fast, polite and effective. It's a brilliant combination.

It is a nice booking platform to use and to track things if you are running your own classes.

I struggle with the use of tech. I found Baluu easy to use and manage. I am now in my second year of business and so far have had no problems. It's easy to set up new events or modify existing events.

An absolutely amazing booking system I have used them for nearly 18 months. Customer service is great easy to use and a great customer experience for my customers. They all say how easy it is to use lots of new features being added and lots of great features already on the app highly recommended. Thank you for all your hard work Baluu

Our company have looked at many different booking platforms over the last year, we wanted the option of multi day courses, which seems to be a significant limitation in the market, we have found this to be one of the better offerings which suits our needs.

It is pretty intuitive and does most things we need.

Customer service is excellent and responsive.

Few things that are annoying with the system (less than others!), but the team are working on new developments all the time and take on ideas from their customers.
