The gal in the local office in Duluth called to the office in Minneapolis to send a guy to install my stair lift the next day as she knew that it was hurting my legs to use the stairs and she didn’t want me to have to struggle through out the weekend going up and down.

Order process and installation went…
Order process and installation went without incident. The 2 installers were knowledgeable and courteous. I was told the Office would follow up to explain the service contract in detail and I only had 7 days to decide in order to receive a discount. I was never contacted. I then attempted to contact them twice, also with no response. The 3rd time that i reached out I finally was able to talk to a person. A quick apology was given, and the information was forwarded to me. It was followed with a note that stated that i had until the end of the day to decide in order to receive a discount. I found the office staff and service personnel to be dismissive and disrespectful. I certainly will have to use the company as I have one of their lifts. But i am VERY less likely to recommend the company to others. Customer service training is certainly warranted for the staff here or possibly staff personnel with considerably more experience.
