Inquired if the gauge cluster had been tested and verified. I was told it had and was sent a picture of the gauge lit up. Upon installing the cluster in my car the speedometer does not work. This is the reason I purchased the cluster, my speedometer does not work. It would have been nice to know "tested and ready" meant they plugged the cluster up and made sure all the lights worked.

The part for my car arrived quickly, it was a used part that controls my ventilation in my Ford Escape. It was easy to install (thank you Youtube!) and it worked perfectly. The price was good. Very satisfied.

I entered my vehicle specifications into Car Mall’s website and was shown a picture of a part that was supposedly compatible with my vehicle. Based on the information they provided, I placed the order.

The item arrived quickly, but the part they sent was completely wrong. After contacting customer service, they eventually admitted they did not actually have the correct part I needed — yet they sent me a different item anyway.

What makes this even more frustrating is that they refused to provide a prepaid return label and expected me to pay the return shipping costs for their mistake. If a company sends the wrong item because of their own error and knowingly substitutes an incorrect part, the customer should not have to pay to return it.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Would not suggest using this company. Ordered an inner door handle and after slow shipping opened the box and they sent me a seat belt latch! Emailed them and response was like I was lying so then called and guy said will call you back well did not happen then I called them and I find out they did not even have part I ordered so they sent a cheap part hoping I go away. Won’t do business again too many honest folks in the United States
