IPC sold me a counterfeit ASUS replacement battery. It started failing after only 55 charge cycles and finally died at around 90 cycles, even though the expected minimum lifespan of a genuine ASUS battery is about 300 cycles.

The battery was quite expensive, and IPC claimed that it was an original ASUS replacement.

I have tried to contact their customer service 9 month after the purchase, sent them the battery report but I have not received any response whatsoever.
