Money grab
I got my blood tested for HRT. I was charged $200 but at my consultation, was told that I was not eligible for treatment. Instead, the NP told me to take vitamins. The NP was also supposed to book a pelvic ultrasound which she never did.

We're truly sorry , and you're right to be frustrated. Our policy is that patients who are not accepted into treatment receive a full refund. That did not happen in your case, and that was our mistake.
We have since issued your refund and reached out to you directly. We'd also be happy to follow up on the pelvic ultrasound referral that was missed during your consultation.
We don't want anyone to walk away from an appointment feeling unheard or out of pocket for care they didn't receive. We're sorry we fell short here and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
