I purchased a Bestway Lazy Spa , St Moritz, paid $990.00. I only got a year of use before the inflatable wall filled with water and consequently black algae was a persistent problem in the water. This is a product fault. Unfortunately I didn’t realise what the problem was until just outside of the warranty. Very disappointed,

The jumper I received was nothing like their photo or description. It was not made of wool, it was orange instead of pink, it was not knitted and was very poor quality. Their company name indicates they are an Australian company, but my item was dispatched directly from China. I am trying to get a refund….. I would not recommend them at all
