I do not recommend shopping at this store. The product was marked as “available immediately,” which turned out to be misleading — after placing the order and waiting for some time, I was informed that the store was actually waiting for delivery from the manufacturer. This creates a misleading impression and prevents customers from making an informed decision.
The delivery time significantly differs from what is advertised, and customer service is disappointing. You often have to wait a long time for a response, and instead of receiving an answer the same day, replies usually come only the next day or later, making it feel like you constantly have to chase updates.
Overall, the shopping experience is far below the standards the store presents on its website. I still waiting on my order.
