My product was a small bottle with medicine. It arrived partially spilled. I wrote an email asking them to pay attention so that it wouldn't happen again. An apology was immediately received and the order was reordered.

A última encomenda chegou com o pacote rasgado e a linha exposta. Correu-se o risco de se perderem novelos ou de se sujarem. Sugiro que enviem em caixote de cartão (reciclado se possível). De resto classifico o serviço com 5 estrelas
