Deceptive, misleading, no business ethics
Initial purchase 12/10/25, wrong product shipped, a dozen emails trying me to pay for their mistake. Finally approved credit on 1/13/26. To date 3/22/26 no credit received. 36 emails in all dealinng with these people with no desire to do the right thing.

A very nice Raze jacket . It was a bit small for me. The return service was outstanding, quick and easy.

On Dec 15 I had a one hour interview with Klye and Todd. Kyle scheduled a follow up meeting for additional info on our current accounts. I was sent a link and then it was removed. I emailed my Kyle asking why the link was removed and never received a response. I called Fisher twice and left a message each time requesting a call back. I've never received a call back . I called a third time today and again no one answers the phone, just an answering machine.
They don't have the professionalism to explain themselves they don't deserve anyone's business.

I recently ordered a room heater that was advertised to heat a 400 sq ft room. I received a desk top heater. It has a fictious UL trademarked faintly printed on the product label. A genuine UL label is printed is "UL Listed" and showing a registration # on the label.

It's a scam, bait and switch operation, stay way!

Ordered 30 Blum hinges, arrived on time and product was as advertised.

Good quality and quick service

Though I finally received the product I ordered. It took numerous e-mails to get someone to fulfill my order. Their own tracking system showed the order shipped on May 11, 2020 and lost as of May 18th. I started my conversation with them around June 19, 2020 asking for a refund. They shipped the product again presumably, based on a new USPS tracking on the package on June 21, 2020. I would strongly suggest ordering product from another company.
