Awful experience , paid for application kit but just got a bit of card which is useless to align the stickers , no instructions , no customer service to talk to and no response from email , no cutout for accesibility notch and does work on embossed cards . Absolute rubbish company

first booking was a no show . rebooked the guy was late rude and facetious , paid for an hour and only got 45 minutes of work . No help or support from customer service

Absolutely superb . Very intuitive interface and very prompt and helpful customer service . The resultd are fantastic , have even had some radio air time with one track as the station was so impressed . Would certainly recommend .

Probably the worst online shopping experience ever !!! My first order which took weeks to get here , were faulty due to very poor quality and workmanship , lenses were loose in frames , returned them for repair , the repaired pair were also suffering the same fault !! This also happened with the other pair I ordered . so if you don't mind not being able to read or write for a month and still have to repair your own new glasses with super glue then these are the people for you !!!

delivery time was ridiculous nearly two weeks to fulfill the simplest or prescriptions with no coatings etc . order arrived in two parts . the first pair ( from the £49 raNGE ) Had loose lenses poorly fitted had to return them , when eventually the second pair arrived again the lenses were poorly fitted and loose . wouls absolutely not recommend glasses direct unless you dont mind being unable to read or write for at least a month . complete dissapointment
