My 6 year old has now had 10 Spanish lessons with Sarai and she is loving them! She has improved so much. Sarai makes them fun and engaging, and suitable for where my daughter is at. I would highly recommend!

Was told by a customer service advisor that we didn’t need to prebook seats as travelling with 2 children (option wasn’t even open for us when we rang to sort) on a 10 hour flight to Mexico, we would be seated together.
However we are actually allocated seats all over the plane & my 2 year is in front of me, as Tui policy states this is the same as next to a parent.
Promised 2 phone calls - nothing.
Promised a review of original call - nothing. Told we are not allowed a copy of the transcript.
Told the cabin crew will sort it out & hope someone will move so I can at least hold her hand during take off (fully aware other people have likely paid for their seat, which we tried to do in the first place!) Total disregard from customer services leaving the cabin crew to deal with it.
Will never book with Tui again after this.

Unusual RSVP card for a friend's wedding; ordering process was very quick and delivery even quicker! Would definitely recommend!
