Total "bait and switch." Saw a $0.99€ Welcome Offer online. At payment, it "expired" & the price jumped to $6.28€. I then installed the app to try again. The $0.99€ offer reappeared, but the same error happened at the final payment step. It's a deceptive loop. Customer service was a total waste of time; they stalled, gave generic replies, and ultimately "couldn't find a way" to honor the advertised price. Aggressive, false marketing. Don't waste your time.

A great app for a great website. I only gave 4 stars due to the confusing way adverts are displayed, which is identical in the app and website. It's often not clear what version of a product you're looking at, as products ship with differently bundled accessories, or different specifications, and I see others leaving reviews where they've been caught out. I personally go elsewhere if not clear. At least on here, a search brings up relevant goods, Amazon could learn a thing or two about that.

I've used AliExpress for probably 10 years now and it's always been a great place to buy things. I especially like that you can combine multiple items to get free shipping. Shipping times have also gotten much faster compared to years ago, which could be several months. now you get your items in 2 weeks or less. Usually good sales too and there are always coupons to save you a couple dollars here and there. The app can be a little buggy sometimes with the add to cart button not working.
