I love the bras but unfortunately the service is appalling. I bought two bras online and noticed within 2 days of purchase they had both been reduced meaning I had lost £60. I got in touch with their head office but they refused to help. I was forced to refund and return the two items before purchasing them again at the lower price. I was willing to buy more and would have been returning regularly, they have now lost my custom. I am still waiting for my £160 refund.
