If I could give them negative stars, I would. This brand and their customer service are terrible. I am writing this review on Google, cautioning others against purchasing anything Frigidaire. I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator/top freezer less than a month ago. Last weekend, it started making noises like a portal to Hell, so we set up a service appointment. At the first appointment, the technician rewired the fan because it had been done incorrectly. The noise stopped, but the refrigerator and freezer were still not cooling correctly. We had another service call yesterday. At that call, the technician replaced the capacitor, and the fridge and freezer are still not cooling appropriately. We currently have what should be in the fridge in the freezer, and none of it is freezing. We have lost hundreds of dollars worth of groceries, and I am beyond frustrated. In addition, I can't get anyone to help because it's the weekend?? This is unacceptable. I don't even want this fridge replaced by another Frigidaire product. I want my money back.
