1. The car history information was very comprehensive and included aspects not covered by Carfax.
2. Their customer service staff were very professional and knowledgable and responded in 10 minutes to the emails I sent them to explain and clarify some of the information listed.

The Jeep I purchased has undisclosed damage, it's obvious the front end was damaged and parts replaced. My error for not asking in advance. Unfortunately, if owners don't report the damage, no vehicle report will find it. Mine came up empty, but has ALOT of prior damage.

Scam. Didn't even have the accident history or service records of the vehicle I was looking at.

Decent price for a one time VIN check with pictures and pertinent information.

In February I ordered a zilo car report based on what reviews I was able to find about the Zilo Car. I Paid $34.00 and got 12 pages of filler (garbage). The only information that had some value were on pages 7-10. then if you remove all the pretty graph s and duplicated information it would fit on two pages. When I requested the hsitory report 1 wanted detailed maintenance and repairs done. When I initally complained about your product, the replay was that was all the information that was found on the data base. This car was put in service by a large dealership either as lease or loaner, it was sold to another large dealership and eventually sold a third dealership. Most repairs or work done by a dealership normally get entered into the vehicles data base, yet you were ubable to find anything. Some of the ownership I was able to obtain with online searches, others like specs can easily be found on listings. I don't care what the original value was or other similiar vehicles, I was paying for a detailed history and not for anything I could go online and obtain in about 30 minutes. What you advertised is not what I got and I would like a refund on the money paid.

Reports a re missing info and some data is actually incorrect. I buy a report to determine if the offer is a good deal, I can't do that with faulty information. On a 14 year old car I was looking to buy it was missing 9 years of service records and registerations. CarFax had all this missing data. It also showed a roll back on the odometer but car fax again had it right. I then went home and checked my 2015, 2019 and 2000 all showed 2 owners. I bought them all new. and they showed 12 to 50 miles all reported in the last year. my 2015 has 225,000 and been serviced regularly at my dealer. This report is worse that bad, You think your doing the right thing!

Great accurate and easy to read and provided clarity on car history

Very disappointing service. The report was incomplete and did not provide the level of detail advertised. I paid expecting accurate and reliable vehicle history information, but the results raised more questions than answers. I would not recommend this service.

One of the worst experiences I've had. No customer service, no email response, and poor overall service. I regret using this company.
