A Game Changer for Professional Photographers

Zno has truly been a game changer for our business. After 23 years in the photography industry, it is not often that a company comes along and genuinely surprises me, but Zno has done exactly that.

The quality is excellent, and my clients are consistently wowed when they receive their albums and products. I personally choose their premium options, and they are absolutely worth the investment. The craftsmanship, presentation, and finished products feel elevated and align perfectly with the experience we want to provide our clients.

Being a Zno Pro member has also been a great value. The savings allow me to order additional photo gifts and surprise my clients with something extra, which helps us create an even more memorable experience.

What I appreciate most is how complete the entire company feels. The ordering software is clean, intuitive, and easy to understand. Turnaround times have been excellent, and whenever I have needed assistance, customer service has been prompt and helpful.

Having made several previous orders, ZNO are now my go to for all my printing needs.

Stay far away from this company. Do not use them at all.

First, they do not disclose on their website that the prints come from China. I have no problem with that fact itself—only that withholding the information prevents customers from properly factoring in realistic shipping times.

Worse, when a package is lost, they give you the runaround instead of simply reprinting your images or issuing a refund. The post office (which handles the final leg of their shipping) confirmed on July 17 that my package was lost somewhere in Dallas, Texas. This was after the tracking showed it traveling from Los Angeles to El Paso, Texas—only about 45 miles from me—then back to LA before heading to Dallas.

Yet the collective response from Zno remains: “Just wait, you’ll have it.”

Use literally any other company to print your photos. Zno is not worth the time or effort required when the post office declares your package lost.

The service is rotten. I'll never receive my order, or my money back.

And as a side note—doesn’t the Chinese government impose the death penalty for fraud?

While working on my album ZNO constantly helped me with all my questions. ZNO has top quality products and great customer service! I had a one time damage with my album, And ZNO replaced it for free!

Metal prints are low contrast and faded which affects the color.
It's garbage and a waste of money. Skip.

The company offers 6x6 metal prints. But when I uploaded and saved my photos and hit “order” a box came up asking if I’d like to upgrade to 8x8. There was no way to decline the upgrade, just a button for add to cart. I feel this is a bait and switch con job. Also, they advertise 20% off your first order, but you get a message that your order doesn’t qualify for the first order discount. Very untrustworthy in my opinion.

I am a professional photographer and their metal prints are definately not the same quality as other professional printers such as Millers Pro and Bayphoto. I ordered a large 36x48" Black and White on gloss metal. They reprinted it once for me because of the quality but the print came out the same. It was shades of gray and definitely not Sharp black & white. I will not use their services again. Also disappointed that their product is coming directly from China as they masquarade as an American company with offices in San Francisco & Houston.

ZNO have been pushing their 'Little Black Books' via Instagram and it made me curious to see what they could do for a mere £6.00 a copy.
Their book prep template was limited but worked fine for my purpose - just a book of 20 square black & white images, no text is offered except on the cover and spine.
Ordered two copies of the same book, total £12, but then the postage costs added another £5.75. Ok, figured that was still reasonable seeing as they are made in China!
Pleasantly surprised when I received them just over two weeks later. Extremely well packaged, a stout cardboard box and plenty of packing, they arrived in pristine condition and exceeded my expectations.
Ok, so they are a bit like the kind of books you buy for toddlers, thick cardboard pages, solid covers and *very* robust, but they are remarkably well printed, matching the original tones of the black & white images perfectly.
There's something about their chunky nature that makes them quite attractive and desirable, despite their simplicity, and for the kind of picture presentation I had envisaged they fit the bill perfectly. A 'mini exhibition' you can give people to illustrate the type of work you do.

Clickbait ad as it's not pay as you go no subscription hate misleading claims

I can't rate the quality of my order (a photo book), because it never arrived and I'm not even sure it was actually ever shipped.

I ordered within the shipping deadline for Christmas (as it was supposed to be a gift) and paid extra for priority shipping. According to the website, my order was shipped a week ago, but the tracking button and the tracking number do not work. I contacted customer service, and they also cannot access the tracking information for my package. They also did not know who their delivery partner is either.

I am very disappointed in their service. They are not offering any sort of commercial gesture. I spent 200 euros for literally nothing and am now missing a Christmas gift for a loved one.

I have actually ordered from Zno several times in the past, with good experiences. Very sad to see how much the company has gone down the drain. I will not order from them again and I would not recommend them.

Stay away if you don't have 5 hours to wait for each page to load. I wish this was an exggaration!

I was printing a few albums and decided to give them a try. I'm a professional photographer and have been for about 20 years. I ordered their matted album with lustre prints, white pages, and the brown linen cover. The album came extremely fast, and the quality was just as good as other professional album companies. I'm super happy with it.
