Great service

When I purchased tokens on Stripchat, the platform directed me to send USDT to a wallet address provided by XBO as their payment processor. I transferred the exact amount on August 17, 2026, and the blockchain confirmed it within minutes (TxID available).

The tokens never appeared in my Stripchat account.

I contacted XBO support immediately. The next day, they sent their first reply, saying they were "investigating" – that was 9 days ago. Two days later, they sent a second reply, again saying they were "still processing" – that was 7 days ago. Since that second reply, I have received nothing. I sent another follow-up 4 days ago, and it was completely ignored.

I also reached out to Stripchat, and they confirmed they did not receive the funds. This means XBO, as Stripchat's payment partner, received my USDT but has neither forwarded it to Stripchat nor refunded me.

As the payment processor in this transaction, XBO has a clear duty to either complete the transfer or return my money. Instead, they gave two vague responses and have been completely silent for a full week.

If you are considering using any service that relies on XBO for payment, please be aware: your USDT may be taken, you may get no tokens, and you may be left waiting with no real help.

I will update this review if the issue is ever resolved.

Super good service

This platform is super easy to work. It saved a lot of time for me.

Verification nightmare. Send passport, then utility bill, then bank statement, then selfie with ID AND a newspaper. Every time 'rejected, not clear enough. It's perfectly clear! They just trying to stop me from withdrawing. Been trying for a month now.

I have been using the XBO platform since its inception on the market. And I can say that it is completely reliable and operates in accordance with the rules of the market and trading.

Already a couple of months trading on XBO.com, and I can say: orders are executed without slippage and absolutely always, withdrawal of funds goes without delays — even on busy days everything works smoothly. The exchange quickly adds relevant tokens and there is always enough liquidity there and spreads are small, large volumes pass normally.

Liked that they often hold contests, where you can really win and get profit. Plus, the interface is simple, fees are low, I think that support works quickly but fortunately I haven’t had to contact them yet.

I've been using this exchange for several months now and haven't had any issues so far. I signed up here because they offer a wide selection of tokens and tokenized stocks, and I like the interface it's simple and user-friendly.

Been using XBO for a while now and it seems a fine reliable product. I had concerns regarding the withdrawal process, so deposited a low amount first via the bank card. Tested the withdrawal. All went fine.

So now using the exchange as my main one.
They have a card. Would like to use it as well. Didn’t get one though. Will update when do get it. Cause for me this is the most interesting part of their service.

As for the coins. Seems like the majority is there, but my portfolio is pretty simple do not trade on DeXes with memes, so not this kind of guy.

Had zero issues so far. App is stable and trades go through without delays. Definitely recommended.
