12 Stockholmare som golfade i Palma
Hej.
Första transfern från flygplatsen till Son Gual var bra. Chauffören och vi hittade inte varandra till en början. Men när det väl var löst så var servicen perfekt.
Resa2-7 fungerade bra där chaufförerna och vi hjälptes åt med ur och på packning av golfbaggar. Resa 8(sista från Alcanada-Hostel Pons på söndagen skildes sig markant. Chauffören hjälpte inte till vid varken på och urlastning. Han hade även med sig sin fru eller flickvän vilket betydde att vi som betalt pressade ihop oss på färre säten i en timme som färden tar. Om inte det inträffat hade ni fått fem stjärnor.

Excellent service
We have used this company a couple of times now and have been very pleased with the service we have received.
Drivers have been very professional, punctual and friendly, ensuring our comfort was their priority.
I had cause to contact the customer service team recently with a minor administrative query and was impressed with the efficiency with which my email was responded to by Martin.
He resolved my query quickly and in a very friendly and professional manner.
It is very refreshing to receive outstanding customer service and it is very much appreciated.
I cannot fault this company and would recommend them.

We booked a few trips with a minor issue at the Bristol Airport as we couldn’t find our driver. Called the office and issue was resolved.

Excellent transfer from Geneva Airport! The driver was on time, friendly, and professional. The van looked new, clean, and was very comfortable. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use this service again.

All transfers worked perfectly
All transfers worked perfectly. The only negative point was that we were picked up about 30 minutes late for one transfer. We were not proactively contacted about this; however, support via the hotline worked very well and we were contacted immediately after reaching out. For another transfer, we were proactively informed that it would be 15 minutes later. Value for money as well as the vehicles were excellent. I would use this service again at any time.
