The salesman Ish was a very courteous and patient young man who explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The whole process from start to finish took a lot longer than expected due to waiting for a new key to be programmed for a few days and working around salesman’s days off and waiting for the accounts department to confirm payment. The accounts office are not open at weekends so this slowed the process down. Overall I’m very pleased with my car so far and thankful that Ish fulfilled everything that was promised.Duncan the manager was also polite and supportive.

At booking and on check in asked for video of bodywork inspection, was not received. Also charged £140 to look at corrosion on car. All very dismissive even though nissan have 12 year warranty. Photos sent to nissan of poor quality that they didnt accurately show corrosion.

George couldn’t have been anymore helpful, made the process very easy!

From start to finish Nathan has been super helpful in all aspects, any questions or queries we had he was able to help us and answer to the best off his knowledge, if he didn’t know he he would find out for us, so happy we choose Kia for my new Motability Vehicle

We have two MB cars and they both went in for service at Lookers MB Ashford a few weeks ago. About 100 miles after the service, my wife's car showed an error message that the washer fluid level was low, despite the windscreen washers having been used only once since the service. So I had to top up the reservoir myself - it took nearly 2 litres to do so. Clearly the washer fluid had not been topped up at the (very expensive) service.
Then my own car, again about 100 miles after the service showed an error message to reduce the volume of oil in the engine. Clearly it had been overfilled at the (very expensive) service - and this is not the first time I have had this fault after a service.
I expect a lot better than this incompetence for the premium prices they charge.

Colin checked me in well a head of my alloted time which I was incredibly grateful for and even went back to check with the fellas how long it would take for my service. Chris the mechanic who filmed my service was thorough and both were lovely staff

Great service from beginning to end. Friendly & helpful staff answering my many questions! Nothing was an issue. Absolutely love my new car, Paul explained everything in detail & left me knowing if I need anything he will be there to help. Would recommend.

I was very happy with the Sales Executive who dealt with me from start to finish. Would’ve been five stars but I had to return to get a couple of items missing from my car which hadn’t been replaced by team prepping the car.

Will never use them ever again

Really bad service will make an official complaint

Finished early - very smooth experience.

I would've given zero star if it was possible- I was sold a car with a pre-existing AC leak at Lookers CarHub, Star City, Birmingham.

This dealership delivers very poor customer service and high staff turnover.

During the test drive, I pointed out that the car's AC needed checking and fixing, amongst other issues. I was promised that the car would be fully prepped, including fixing the AC and others.

To our greatest surprise, we arrived to collect our car on the day and found nothing was done, and this was supposed to be a birthday gift for me, we'd to collect the car without a working AC with the promised that they 'd book us back in for the AC to be done.

When the AC was eventaully done, after many calls, emails, and visits, they only refilled the gas without first checking if there was a leakage as required under the law- Motor Vehicle Regulations 2009.

Seven months down the line, the AC needed gas again. I contacted them without no reply then I took it upon myself to re-gas the AC in another garage.

Last month, the AC began to show signs of needing re-gasing again; this would now be the 3rd time in 18 months, which is a strong indication the AC leakage I pointed out during my test drive was not sorted before selling me the car.

I've contacted them for over 3 weeks now, and there's no solution or support provided as yet.

Save yourself an unnecessary headache and buy your car somewhere else. They're only interested in your money.

Booked my car in for diagnostics as I knew something was wrong, given a clean bill of health. 3 days later the turbo blew almost killing me and my daughter!

I’ve been with Škoda a few years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else now. I love all the cars I’ve had and the Servicing/Check experience is just brilliant. I never feel like I’m having the wool pulled over my eyes and the team - particularly Andy Batty - go over and above to help people out. It’s literally a 5 star service!

My beloved Audi of 13 years needed some major work, so I gave it up in favour of a new one from Lookers Audi in Guildford. Jidu arranged everything for me - found a car that was even better than the one I was after at a good price. The ‘unveiling’ of the car with my children was a lovely touch and made us all feel we were getting VIP treatment. The whole experience couldn’t have been easier or more efficient.
