Not only that Kerry has been over the top with her responses for over a week now she’s been there for me and my questions. She understands what i am looking for she helped me through the ordering process. She’s just amazing. I had previously ordered the wrong shade but the quality of the test weft was really good. It’s honestly so helpful that they provide a test weft. The return/exchange process is pretty simple to follow as well. I cant wait to receive my matching shade and provide an updated review.

As someone who uses extensions everyday, I appreciate the consistency of Luxy's high quality hair and dimensional coloring. The new Light Golden Blonde Root Melt is a great substitution for Dirty Blonde Highlights I have always used - an even better match for my hair. I will be adding more sets of this new color to my hair "wardrobe" as they are released.

Luxy are LIARS. I am a longtime customer. I ordered a new set and had enough points that they were free, but for some reason my points were not applied. I contacted Luxy. They said they issued a refund for $130. I called my bank several times, several days in a row. Nope. We are going on 3 weeks now. They lied. So, I am without my money and my points, and I am so MAD!!!!!!!! There are too many extension companies in the marketplace to put up with this kind of treatment. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I’ve been wearing hair extensions every single day since 2008, so I’ve tried just about every type of extension over the years. This is my 10th purchase from Luxy Hair and my first Halo set, and I’m honestly so impressed.

I purchased the 20” Mocha Bronde Balayage Halo® Hair Extensions (180g), and the color match was absolutely perfect right out of the box. The blend with my natural hair is seamless.

One of my favorite things about the Halo is how simple it is to put on. I love that there are only three pieces instead of multiple wefts—it takes just a few minutes to install. It also feels so much lighter than traditional clip-ins, which means less weight and less tension on my natural hair while still giving me amazing length and fullness.

After wearing extensions daily for so many years, comfort is really important to me, and this Halo has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for something that’s quick to apply, comfortable enough for everyday wear, and gives a beautiful, natural-looking result, I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be reaching for this set often!

First of all, I have been a long time, loyal customer of Luxies! I love them so much and will never buy anything else! They’re extraordinary and so high quality! But really makes this company amazing, is that they care about the customer, the stakeholders! I had ordered a Halo collection in the same color I usually do but when it arrived, it was a bit darker and a different color than the other sets I had ordered previously. I contacted them and they made this right immediately! They shipped the ones that same day! Customer service means everything!! And they do care about quality and the customer!!

I’m honestly really disappointed. I used to order from this brand back when it was “Hidden Crown,” and the quality was AMAZING — way beyond my expectations. The hair looked natural, felt soft, and the 150g weight was exactly right. You could really tell you got what you paid for.

But my recent order from “Luxy” is a completely different story. Yes, the packaging looks nice, but the actual extensions are such poor quality. The hair feels literally like plastic and doesn’t look natural at all. It’s honestly shocking compared to how it used to be.

What’s even worse is the weight. I ordered 180g at 20”, expecting it to be fuller than my old 150g set… but it’s actually MUCH lighter. How does that even make sense? It feels like I received less than what I paid for.

This is a huge drop in quality and really frustrating.

Luxy’s customer service has always been a 20/10! Very prompt responses and pleasant engagement. It’s been almost 10 years that I’ve been purchasing extensions from Luxy’s and haven’t considered going anywhere else, so thank you so much ! 😊

Poor quality, no refund if you broke the seal and found that the product is of poor quality.
