Erm..
Erm... according to your chat support, you don't actually sell the Tag Holders or European Parking Discs that are advertised on your website, despite me having successfully ordered them about 10 minutes earlier.
To make matters worse, neither the website order confirmation nor the confirmation emails actually tell you what you've ordered. They simply state that your order has been received and will be despatched. Fairly pointless, really.
I then spoke to customer services, who were very polite and helpful, but somehow managed to repeatedly tell me I was cancelling the wrong item, despite me explaining several times what I actually needed. In the end, I had to explain it differently before the correct item was finally cancelled. Frustrating to say the least.
As for the tag holders, why on earth are two clips supplied as standard for one tag? Unless the adhesive is so poor that a spare is essential, or it's intended as a backup for when your windscreen gets smashed. Of course, by the time that happens I'll have lost the spare and will need to order another pack of two anyway.
On the positive side, the customer service team member was polite, patient and understanding throughout, which unfortunately seems rarer than it should be these days.

Monthly use fees 4 time more expensive than alternatives.
It works really well, used it for years, but the monthly service fee of €8.40 is now a rip off. There are cheaper options out there, Bip$Go €2.10pm for example, so after many years I am cancelling. Nearly 4 times more expensive is a bit naughty.

This tag system makes driving on the French motorways (Peage) very simple. Have used mine in both my own and a hired car in 2025 & 2026. No need to worry about being in the wrong lane and hunting for cards or cash. Pull up to the barrier (slowly!), wait for the beep and away you go. Billed automatically by DD from my UK bank at the end of the month.

Brilliant. Charlotte was most helpful, followed her instructions and had an email within the next hour that my replacement was on it's way.

Simple, effective tag system for UK travellers
I have the French and Spain/Portugal tags for our motorhome and use for the car also, for 4yrs now.
Simple PAYG system, tags always work at the toll booths, invoices come through accurately…. Can’t fault Emovis tags, works as you want it too.

just so easy…
we decided to get an emovistag after travelling a lot through france to get to spain. i’m glad we did. it saved time at the tolls as my partner would always fall asleep just befor and i would have to wake her up so it was always a bit of a faf. so the tag got rid of all that. you still pay but a month later
i will get another one when we travel again next year.

Quite straight forward
Quite straight forward, although I returned my tag in 2023 i still had an account, but I couldn’t remember my login or password. Recovery was quite straightforward and I ordered my tag. What would help is a help section that would explain how it works. I have no idea what will arrive by post.

A must have tag for easy touring
If you are travelling any distance in France this tag is a must have. Easy to use and avoids most delays at pay stations. Also invaluable if you are travelling alone in a right hand drive car, as most pay machines are on the left to suit continental drivers

The tag itself was easy to fit and worked without a hitch in France.
What I would say is that France is moving towards using number plate recognition cameras rather than the old toll barrier and without a tag you could be caught out big time.
