At no point did AtoZ Serwis Plus provide fake or forged documents. All documents shared with clients are processed through employers and relevant authorities in accordance with the legal procedure applicable at the time.

Your work permit application was handled correctly. However, embassy appointment availability is entirely managed by the embassy system. Delays or lack of appointment slots are unfortunately outside our control and are not something any agency can guarantee.

Our role is limited to assistance with work permit–related procedures, as clearly stated in the agreement. Visa decisions and embassy appointments are never guaranteed, and no such assurance was given.

Supporting documents are released only after the required procedural steps are completed, and authorities allow their use. Any delay does not mean documents do not exist or that information was withheld intentionally.

We understand how frustrating embassy delays can be, and we genuinely regret the inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control. However, attributing these issues to misconduct by our company is not accurate.

We have checked your case in our system and would like to clarify a few points, as some details in your comment are not accurate.

Our role was to assist the employer with the work permit process, which was completed successfully. The Polish Embassy fully handles embassy appointment selection and the lottery system, and unfortunately, this is not something any agency can control or guarantee.

Regarding payments, all stages and conditions were explained and agreed to before starting the process. Once the work permit is issued and the employer-side procedure is completed, our service for that stage is considered delivered.

We understand how stressful embassy delays and lottery systems can be, and we genuinelysympathisee with your situation. However, the lack of an embassy appointment is not something caused by our company, nor is it within our authority to resolve.
