Scammers
Don’t apply through them. I’ve lost €2,000 and 10 months with no results.
I applied for Slovakia, and first they provided me with a fake labour approval letter with a watermark and asked for the second installment of payment. When I verified it with the embassy, they sent me another labour approval letter without a watermark and with a different employer compared to the first one.
After receiving the approval letter, I contacted the employer directly, and he told me that they had terminated their contract with AtoZ because the agency does not follow their policies and rules. Still, AtoZ managed to convince me that everything was sorted with the employer, but in reality, nothing was done.
For the last three months, they have been saying that my supporting documents are ready and will be shipped within a week, but I still haven’t received anything because they don’t actually have the supporting documents. Getting a labour approval letter is not difficult, but supporting documents like the accommodation letter, Súhlas, work permit, and ministry approval are difficult to obtain—and they do not have these.
I have even filed a written complaint with the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi, attaching all payment slips, bank details, and WhatsApp conversations.
They are scammers, which is why they have closed their Google reviews so that nobody can see the complaints. I have also contacted more than five candidates who used AtoZ’s services, and all of them are facing the same problem.
