Would not recommend, took 3 weeks longer than expected to ship. Left in the dark with everything after emailing multiple times. Got an extra $233AUD shipping charge after already paying $63AUD shipping when purchasing product with motostorm. They say it’s in their terms and conditions but I’m failing to see where it says that. Only in the confirmation email AFTER you make your purchase. Better off buying it somewhere else, it will end up costing the same if not less. Minus all the messing around with these guys

Don’t buy from this business if you have even a small chance of needing to return it - especially from overseas. I received a faulty item and returned it. Now waiting on nearly a month, excuses ranging from shipping to customs - never their fault, no responsibility or interest in assisting customers. Terrible service

Habe mir ein GIVI Airflow Scheibe, bestellt Info das sie nicht für den deutschen Markt bestimmt ist 3 Wochen Lieferzeit, nach versuchten E-Mail Kontakt keine Antwort. Vorsicht !!! Bin auf meinen Kosten sitzen geblieben, da ich sie nicht montieren kann, weil sie keine KBA NUMMER besitzt. Nie wieder.

I have placed numerous orders with this store, including motorcycle gear, protection equipment, accessories, and premium parts from brands such as Alpinestars, AGV, Akrapovič, Rizoma, Arrow, and Puig.

All orders were delivered to Barcelona, Spain, on time and in excellent condition. The products consistently matched their descriptions, the sizes were correct, and the overall quality was excellent.

I also visited the physical store to purchase a helmet. The communication during my visit was friendly, professional, and helpful. I had the same positive experience when communicating by email—the team was always responsive, pleasant, and ready to assist.

After many successful purchases, I can confidently recommend this store for its reliable service, high-quality products, timely delivery, and excellent customer communication.

I bought a dainese airbag vest and was hit by close to $100 import taxes from FedEx, which motostorm did not mention beforehand on the checkout page and obviously did not prepay whereas it is an option. Out of this, FedEx added a $15 disbursement fee which could also have been avoided if the tax had been prepaid. I contacted their customer service and they hypocritically said it wasn't their fault if there are taxes. Other businesses include it in the sale price and prepay the custom taxes. So I would at least ask about that before purchasing anything and not work with them if they dont want to help.

Pessimi .. ho fatto un ordine 11/07 per fortuna in contrassegno che non mi hanno mai spedito.. ho provato a contattarli per avere notizie... E non ho avuto alcuna risposta !!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMI .. certo come no mi avete inviato un modulo da compilare .. cmq non "preoccupatevi" ho già provveduto ad ordinare altrove e hanno già provveduto a inviarmi l'ordine !!!

I will never buy from MotoStorm again. I ordered an Akrapovic exhaust kit totaling over $1,200. At checkout, the website listed a final total with zero mention of international customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees.
Only AFTER they processed my credit card and sent the receipt did they bury a note at the bottom warning about potential extra customs fees. When the package arrived via FedEx, I was hit with an unexpected invoice for duties and disbursement fees.
When I contacted customer service, an agent completely dismissed the lack of upfront transparency. She claimed it was my fault for not checking their external FAQ page or reading the fine print on the post-purchase email to cancel the order during their one-month shipping delay.
MotoStorm intentionally hides conditional international shipping costs until after they take your money, then uses defensive, unhelpful customer support to dodge accountability. If you are ordering from outside the EU, expect surprise bills and zero customer service. Buy elsewhere.

Oggetto conforme a quanto pubblicato. La giacca è molto bella. Unico neo la spedizione (non per colpe del venditore che ha spedito subito) ma il corriere ci ha messo una intera settimana a consegnare

Desidero sottolineare la serietà dell'Azienda e del servizio di assistenza; ho particolarmente apprezzato la professionalità della sig.ra Benedetta, che ha provveduto a contattarmi via email subito dopo aver ricevuto il mio reso (una giacca il cui modello non si adattava purtroppo alla mia corporatura).
Il rimborso è stato emesso tempestivamente; questo rappresenta un valore aggiunto che mi farà tornare ad acquistare su Motostorm: la mia valutazione sulla correttezza di questo rivenditore, è, pertanto, assolutamente positiva.

Ho acquistato delle selle isotta per multistrada V4, posso dire di essere molto soddisfatto sia delle selle che del servizio. Hanno rispettato perfettamente i tempi, anzi l'articolo mi è stato consegnato anche prima del previsto e l'opzione del pagamento in contrassegno senza costi aggiuntivi mi ha aiutato a decidere di ordinare sul loro sito visto si trattava di una spesa abbastanza importante.
