Lost my parcel costing £50 and never compensated me or sent me hair out!
They lost my parcel as it wasn’t signed for as they requested. The postman left jt at my door unattended (it must of been stolen) and they refused to give me any compensation or re-send the extentions. These were for my wedding day and I have ordered well over 3 packs of extentions from them previously. They did not care I was out of pocket with no extentions. Disgraceful company and I will never order from this company again!!

I was really excited ordering these clip in extensions, the instagram looked amazing !.. I went onto their website and ordered the 235g chocolate brown clip ins, as my previous extensions were chocolate brown. What I got, well…. Emails to prove the conversation I had also, I got a light brown, 185g !!! I emailed to ask could I dye the extensions as they have sent me the wrong colour, she stated that my colour might have been out of stock ! So I’m guessing they just send what ever they have at the time, she said no, so now I’m confused as this is real remy hair extensions right so real hair can be dyed ! She advised me not to dye the hair. So basically false advertising, she stated it was the lighting, I send her pictures of what she sent and my hair extensions I have in now to show the difference in chocolate brown, she said because I have opened the box it is now none refundable ! I’m sorry but if I ordered the colour I know I am I’m not going to question it so obviously you open the box !.. I gave the hair to my friend as it matches her, she has told me the hair can not be styled ! She washed the hair and the ends of the hair have gone like old hair dead ends. After one wash, she tried to curl the hair and it just fell completely out and the hair at the end just expanded and keeps just staying straight.. I would not buy off this company again, please do your research, I wish I would have..

I love Milk & Blush extensions
I love Milk & Blush extensions. The color match and quality is amazing. They are easy to apply. I like the range of lengths and types. The only thing that is frustrating is the duty fees (which I know is not Milk & Blush’s fault) With the high cost of these extensions, the duties add another $40-$50 to the overall cost. I appreciate when sales are run.

Great service
I contacted Milk & Blush for a colour match and got really speedy replies and advice. I needed the extensions for before the weekend, but forgot to select express shipping. I contacted the team to ask if I could pay to upgrade the shipping method and Ellie got back in touch to say they would upgrade my order free of charge because it was my first order.
When the extensions got here, they were a really great colour match, I was really impressed. Would happily recommend Milk & Blush to anyone, I've had a great experience!

FALSE ADVERTISING
I purchased the quad weft clip ins in the shade cappuccino ombre. The extensions in person looked NOTHING like the photos advertised. The ombre was literally black, brown, blonde with no blending at all it was very choppy. I had to color correct them myself. This is false advertising. I would be very skeptical in ordering from this company as they do not have accurate photos of their clip ins.
