Portrait was absolutely amazing wife was in floods of tears (happy tears i may add )it was so life like .its as if our beautiful girl was still with us ❤️ I would highly recommend to anyone who has a pet or lost one you wont be disappointed

I am so happy with my two orders.
Shipping was very fast to NZ, and the canvas frame was very well packaged and protected.

I just LOVE the canvas picture of my two staffies, and the likeness from the actual picture is uncanny.

I can't wait to see my wife's face when she opens her present on her birthday.
This is the perfect gift.
I also ordered her a tote bag with a different picture of the staffies , which is equally as good, and again the shipping was swift.

Loved our pet portrait! The ordering process was quick and super easy. The portrait arrived so quickly and when we opened the packaging... wow! It was amazing.

It was simple to get the preview of my picture, straightforward to order it, and it actually came before the given date. It has been much admired.
However I was annoyed that the deliverer left it outside, in the rain, even though I was at home. Thankfully no harm done.

I was suffering from grief when I ordered a picture from this company. So instead of ordering one picture I stupidly ordered two. I did inform the company and I did inform them that I had made my mistake when suffering from grief. To their credit they did remove and return the cost of the first picture which was refunded which was appreciated. To compound this problem the second picture, a canvas was poorly packaged (no padding), so when it was delivered the packaging was holed and covered with oil, obviously not the fault of my pet year(the holes) not either robust packaging the canvas now torn and holed would possibly survived. We now have another emotional hit, throwing away the picture of ‘a loved pet’. Credit to the company for sending another canvas out. A great pity they used the same delivery company Evri, as the second parcel/packaging was damaged. With all the upset caused with the first delivery, we really didn’t want to open the packaging, however ultimately we did and thankfully the canvas was in damaged and is now displayed suitably.
Our experience is scored low due to the unfortunate experience during a very sad time for us.
However as a result of my interaction with both Trustpilot and directly with my pet year, the company have reached out and have kindly provided a full refund, which proves the company listen and also have a heart which they didn’t have to do. We really appreciate their efforts, thank you!

I contacted them regarding a adjustment this was done. Order 2 prints very pleased with the end product.

The hardest part was getting a good photo of Bob the camera shy black lab x cattle dog!
Got this as a present for my friends and hung it in their room while Bob sitting.
I’ve gotten pictures painted overseas of my animals before but the quality of this is way better!
