I honestly didn’t realise how much of a difference a good water filter could make until I tried Puure Filters. I purchased both the tap filter and the shower filter, and I absolutely love them.

The tap filter has made our water taste so much fresher, and it’s reassuring knowing my family is drinking cleaner water every day. The shower filter has been such an unexpected favourite too—my skin feels less dry, and my hair is noticeably softer after just a short time using it.

Everything was easy to install, the products feel really well made, and it’s nice knowing we’re also cutting back on plastic bottles. It’s one of those purchases where you wonder why you didn’t do it sooner!

It was so easy to install and the water definitely has a better taste and still has water power.

It did take longer for the unit to arrive. As these are made for UK taps I was assuming it was coming from a UK producer but it seems like it came from abroad.

I cannot believe how much better Puure filters make my tap water taste. They are so easy to fit to the kitchen tap and to change when required.

I am so happy I changed from using one of those plastic filter jugs.

🚩 Le problème principal : allégation NSF trompeuse

Le site Puure affirme que le produit est "Testé et approuvé par plusieurs laboratoires indépendants (NSF)". Or NSF International (l'organisme lui-même) a publié un avis officiel disant que Puure Filters n'a aucun produit référencé chez NSF actuellement, et n'est donc pas autorisé à revendiquer une certification NSF ni à afficher le logo NSF. C'est un red flag classique : la certification NSF est *l'unique* référence sérieuse pour vérifier des allégations comme "élimine les PFAS" — sans elle, ce sont des chiffres auto-déclarés par la marque, non vérifiés.

**Sur l'efficacité réelle**

Pour les PFAS spécifiquement, les experts indépendants sont clairs : les systèmes à osmose inverse (RO) réduisent de façon fiable 90 à 99% des PFAS, validé par des études indépendantes, alors que les systèmes sans certification NSF/ANSI 58 ou 53 ne peuvent pas être vérifiés de façon fiable. Puure n'est pas un système RO — c'est du charbon actif + microfiltration 0,1 micron, ce qui peut aider pour le chlore/goût/sédiments, mais les chiffres "99% de contaminants" ou "réduit les PFAS" restent des promesses marketing non certifiées.

**Sur le prix**

Le site annonce 0,01€/litre, mais les infos sont incohérentes selon les pages du site :
- Une page dit cartouche = **1 an** d'autonomie
- Une autre dit **3 mois** pour le même type de cartouche
- Le kit démarrage : 149,90€ (promo), cartouches seules ensuite ~49,90 à 89,90€

Cette incohérence sur la durée de vie rend le calcul "0,01€/L" difficile à vérifier — s'ils divisent par un volume irréaliste (8000L/an alors que vous ne filtrez que l'eau de boisson/cuisine), le coût réel par litre est probablement bien plus élevé, plutôt proche de 0,10-0,20€/L, comparable ou plus cher qu'une carafe Brita classique (~0,07-0,08€/L).

**Avis clients**

Les points noirs récurrents concernent la gestion des abonnements (difficulté à changer d'adresse, remboursements) — pas une arnaque caractérisée, mais un modèle d'abonnement à surveiller de près (désabonnement 48h avant expédition).

**En résumé** : pas une arnaque au sens strict, mais un marketing qui gonfle ses allégations (NSF non autorisé, "99% de contaminants" invérifié) pour justifier un prix élevé. Si le PFAS/plomb est ta vraie préoccupation, un système RO certifié NSF/ANSI 58 serait un choix plus fiable.

The filter can be installed easily and it’s making my life so much easier since I don’t have to carry heavy water bottles anymore.
Unfortunately the taste of the water didn’t change in my opinion.
But overall I’m really happy with the filter.

Unfortunately, my kitchen faucet is rectangular. Because of this, I had to cancel my subscription. I impulsively bought the product without checking its future installation. I am part of the compulsive buying system. I'm not assigning blame, but it's the truth. The product looks great, that's why I bought it. It was a good experience from beginning to the end. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars as the filter doesn’t have any indicator which tells you to change the filter rather I had to keep a diary of it, thanks

You can taste the difference instantly, clean fresh water and so easy to fit.

Ours developed a small leaking issue 6 months in and got a replacement within a week so very happy.

Easy to install. The only comment I had was, I didn’t realise the payment was considered oversea purchase as my credit card was charged an international transaction fees. I was under the impression that this is an Australian based company. Not a major issue.

Good product. When I went to change some details for replacement filters there was a bit of a hiccup but all handled ok. Ended up purchasing a years supply as opposed to a 6 mths but all good. This was June sometime.
