I only traded NFP/news events, which I understood to be allowed on the Plexytrade platform. I also have a screenshot of my conversation with their support team asking specifically whether news trading is allowed, which I can provide as evidence.

I also want to make it clear that I did not use my full margin or simply gamble my entire account. Despite this, Plexytrade classified my trading as “abusive” and “gambling-like” and decided to void all of my profits, while returning only my initial investment.

My question is simple: if I had lost money trading NFP, would Plexytrade have refunded my capital and then told me that news trading wasn’t allowed? Why was this only raised after I became profitable?

If NFP/news trading isn’t permitted, it should be clearly stated before allowing customers to trade it—not after profitable trades have been made.

I have the screenshot of my support enquiry regarding news trading, and the trading activity itself can be reviewed.

From my experience, this feels extremely unfair. Bring back my profits — simple. Potential customers should think carefully and get written confirmation of the rules before trading with this broker.

I spoke with Ryan my account manager and at the very least I can say it has been a life changing experience to see the leverage and support that has come with them, all in all everything about them is straight forward and a blessing.

I’ve been with PlexyTrade for seven years, and throughout that entire time, I’ve never had an issue with payouts or withdrawals. Everything has always been handled on time and professionally.

What really separates PlexyTrade from many brokers in the Forex industry is their customer service. They respond quickly, actually communicate with you, and if there’s an issue that needs more attention, they’ll even get on a Zoom call with you and work through the problem until it’s resolved. That level of support is rare in this industry.

After seven years of experience with them, I can confidently say PlexyTrade has been one of the best brokers I’ve worked with.

I've been with PlexyTrade for several years now and have typically had great support. I don't know what has happened in the last few months. I have had numerous issues with my accounts having trades disabled near the end of the market day on Fridays. I know the normal trade hours and they have not changed. But my account(s) have been disabled from trading within the last 15 minutes of the day. I have inquired numerous times through chat support and have emailed the trading desk about this, and no one has responded. The only trades disabled are commodities...This makes no sense and I can't understand why no one is getting back to me. It's been at least 3-4 weeks that I have contacted support about this, and they could only tell me to email trading at plexytrade.com. Well, that hasn't done any good and here we are at another Friday and I can't trade at the market close.

Follow-up Review 8-21-26

I'm writing this follow-up review to update on Ple yTrade's, response to my concerns. I did receive several follow-up emails and phone calls from my account manager and we were able to get this issue resolved. They did provide me with an understanding of some recent changes to the weekend market trading day guidelines

I understand those now and I do appreciate how they were able to help me understand the issue and they followed up again later to ensure that my trading experience is going smoothly.

I guess this is why I have continued to stay with PlexyTrade over these years. Even when I have had a frustrating issue, like I originally posted... the response and careful attention to my concerns was addressed, and the responses and corrective actions exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been trading with plexy for over a year. So far my experience has been great with them. I’ve recently become a profitable trader and taken multiple large payouts with no issues. My account manager actually went out of his way to help and explain to me how to get withdraws with the least amount of fees.

Atlas was very professional and helpful with my use of Plexytrade. I have nothing but good to say.

The mt5 platform worked and performed as expected. Customer service is active and responsive during their hours. Withdraw came in on time, within 1-2 business days. Couldn't ask for a better broker and experience. Glad I did business with Plexytrade.

Plexytrade has very good customer service that will call you if and when you need any assistance. I never had any problem depositing or withdrawing my funds.

I made a withdrawal of 93$ through crypto and just 85$ recieved, 8$ fee using crypto? Network trc20, fee upto 2$ and deducted 8$.

Soon as I log on I got help. I f***king love this broker. my boy tom was on it.... No A.I bullshit, or making us wait. This a real review. Communication matters. I feel safe trading with plexy. I knew this broker was great when 3 of my trading mentors use them and they dont know each other. We needed a good broker in the trading space. So shout out to Plexy. I plan on buying my girl a weeding ring with my profits and a home one day..

I've been with PlexyTrade for a few years now, and I can say they've been one of the most reliable and efficient brokerages that I've used. They offer low spreads and fast execution when connected to MT4/5. Withdrawal requests/payouts have occurred quickly (within a day). Their customer service staff are very responsive to any questions I may have. There's a chat feature that's offered where I can get a live agent online to begin assisting me within seconds of reaching out to them. Additionally, I am essentially offered a dedicated account manager who calls me (via phone) every couple of months or so, to ask about my experience with their platform. He answers whatever questions/concerns I may have, along with offering advice and suggestions towards managing my accounts with them in order to make my experience as a trader under PlexyTrade a more valuable one. I understand everyone may have their own unique experiences with any company they do business with. But as for me, I am extremely grateful to be a client of PlexyTrade's. They have shown to be reliant and frankly, everything I'm looking for in a brokerage!

MT4 Platform, Quick Withdrawals. I have traded with them for years. They are my favorite broker. I have $30k there and have received all or part of my funds out multiple times within 24 hours.

Harris was extremely helpful with my concern. He provided quick and relevant assistance and gave great tips.

Plexytrade is the best broker hands down they have the best support team the fastest withdrawal and the lowest spread I highly recommend them!!!

Trade was left open by accident with a $614 margin call. Plexy proceeded 50%past the margin call. Then kept partially closing the positions until the account was emptied. Would not trust this broker going further.
