I ordered the patches not realizing I authorized future orders. Before I was halfway through first month( I had a 3 month supply) they shipped another order. Then a month later another order. I was very much annoyed. I contacted through email to cancel my order and within a half hour they responded and happily obliged. That showed me that they care enough to respond to requests. That’s why the 5 stars. As far as the product goes I’ve only been on for a month so I don’t know yet either way if it works or not.

I had a query - it was addressed and sorted in a matter of minutes.
The product, by the way, is excellent.

When I placed my order, the wrong address got picked up but I noticed too late. The Path Please team reacted immediately and corrected the address. They are fast to respond and very obliging!

Quick, effective and friendly response

Don’t buy. I bought 3 months of patches and the next month they took the money again. No body answers when tried to contact. Avoid , scam

Es gab bei der Zustellung Probleme wobei die Firma nichts dafür kann. Die ware wurde mir nicht übergeben u ist nicht auffindbar . Aber als zugestellt vom Zusteller betitelt.

Der Shop hat eine sehr gute Lösung gefunden und prompt reagiert. Die Kommunikation bei dem Problem war äußerst freundlich und kompetent und lösungsorientiert!! Danke dafür.

Unbelievably prompt and clear customer service

The sleep patches didn't help at all - if anything, they made my dreams more vivid and my sleep even more restless! I also noticed feeling anxious in the morning after I started taking them.
I emailed the customer service for support and they advised to stop using them immediately as "everyone can respond differently to sleep support ingredients" (their words).
I asked for a refund since I purchased 3 months supply and only used 2 weeks. No response...

Berberine Please works. On day three there was a very noticeable change in my hunger cues. It reduce the food chatter and sugar cravings, so that putting in the work managing my food is much easier. You have to put in the work, but the lack of chatter is a game changer for me. Weight down 7 pounds.

When you order from the website read the fine print.
I made an order and recieved my Patches but was shocked when I found out they have taken money from my Visa again and sent another order. It looks like they are automatically able to access my visa card and send as many times as they like. I only wanted one order. In my opinion it's a Scam

I reached out with the contact page, and Anna replied the same day and was very kind and understanding. I appreciated that!

The only thing I have is how long delivery takes "why so long"

I made a one-time order of a 3-month supply of Sleep Please patches, after reading a detailed news article on line recommending the patches as the best sleep aid the author had tested. I now suspect the origins of this article. The order took forever to arrive, and the tracking revealed that the patches were coming from China, something that was not clear when I ordered. The patches arrived and did not appear to have any impact on my sleep. Meanwhile I read a very well-sourced article in the New York Times published on September 21, 2026, entitled "Do Supplement Patches Really Work?" It outlined the reasons that supplements delivered by patch probably are not effective because they are unlikely to be absorbed through the skin (good article--read it! I was not allowed to link to it here). I discarded the patches, but then I received notice from Shop that the next shipment in my subscription was on its way! I had carefully NOT signed up for a subscription, but the company had switched me to a subscription without my permission. I emailed customer support with a demand that they cancel my subscription immediately and refund my money for the patches I did not order. They emailed saying the subscription is cancelled, but all efforts to get a refund for the patches that were sent without my permission have failed. They insist that I have to ship the patches by insured mail to Hong Kong at my expense. Short of that they offer a 30% refund. This company is dishonest and their products and business practices are a scam. Do not do business with them. I'm fairly certain their positive articles and positive reviews are part of their scam. Look at the other negative reviews--very similar to mine.

They did an automatic subscription. Bought patches for sleep!! They do mot work. 3 people tried them. They falsely added me to a subscription, charge me and I have sent emails to stop. No response!

Deceitful subscription trap and dishonest return policy.

This company uses predatory practices by hiding recurring monthly fees behind discounted product bundles. After experiencing long shipping delays, I attempted to cancel our subscription via email, but customer support repeatedly dodged the cancellation request with pushy counteroffers for more products.

When we insisted on returning our unopened package, they refused to honor their own stated return policy. Their policy states: "This fee is €10.00 for all orders. Alternatively, you can accept the goods and send them directly to our returns center—in that case, no return shipping fee will be charged (only the standard shipping costs for the return shipment)."

However, they then claimed "standard shipping" isn't accepted and forced us to pay for expensive tracked and insured shipping instead—making the return cost more than the product itself. This is deceptive and predatory. Save yourself the headache and stay away; don't be fooled by what appear to be fake positive reviews.

EDIT, after posting this review and notifying the company, they have refunded our charges completely.

I haven't purchased these products, and having looked through the website, I wouldn't be tempted to.

The website immediately raised red flags for me. It has all the hallmarks of AI-generated marketing, with glossy presentation, repetitive sales language and an endless stream of seemingly magical claims about how effective the product is.

What particularly concerns me is the lack of convincing scientific evidence to support the claims being made, especially around the delivery of ingredients through the skin and the promised improvements to sleep.

Sleep is not some trivial subject. People struggling with insomnia and poor sleep can be desperate for something that genuinely helps. Making impressive promises to potentially vulnerable people, without robust evidence that the product actually works as advertised, is a pretty horrible way to do business.

A jazzy website, glowing testimonials and carefully worded percentages don't constitute scientific proof.

I didn't buy the product, but I certainly wouldn't trust the marketing. I'd encourage anyone considering a purchase to look beyond the glossy website and ask where the independent clinical evidence actually is.

Very polite staff but what made our experience excellent with purchasing Patch Please is the immediate response of the support team to our requests. They kept us personally updated about the status of our order. We did not have to track it and they made requested changes to our order without delay or having to give a reason. We are currently using patch please for restless nights.

It takes over 2 weeks to arrive. That's unacceptable for a fairly expensive product.
