Sugargoo, tout d’abord, je ne savais pas qu’une fois en centre de stockage, il fallait payer une livraison, je pensais que tout allait se payer dès l’achat de mes objets, alors je n’ai pas pu recevoir mes colis et j’ai fais une demande de remboursement et j’ai été remboursé sur ma balance (pas entièrement dutout car les frais de stockage ont été déduis) mais maintenant, je n’ai rien reçu, j’ai perdu de l’argent et l’argent qu’il me restait est resté pour toujours bloqué sur ma balance et de plus, j’ai vu que mon compte n’existait plus, comme si il avait été supprimé. C’est une honte pour une aussi grosse entreprise d’être ainsi, je ne recommande absolument pas et si on pouvait mettre 0 étoiles, je les mettrais les 0 étoiles.

Kan ikke anbefale at handle på denne hjemmeside. Bad om konkrete størrelser med angivet mål, men fik noget helt andet, som var alt for småt. Så første og sidste gang jeg handler her. Den såkaldte "kundeservice" kan ikke bruges til noget, og de er holdt op med at svare, når jeg rykker for en tilbagemelding.

Amazing easy to use

Apparently there aren't any decent Chinese proxies that can follow simple instructions and can handle collectibles. They don't even follow their own SOPs. It's hilarious when they claim to be unable to do something that they did just the other day.

The best shipping agent. Very fast customer support, low shipping prices and delivery to Europe in about two weeks. However, there's one problem, customs declarations. They fill out the declarations almost random and often misreport the quantity and value of the goods. For example, if you're shipping 20-40 kg of clothing, they might declare it as only 1 kg. Because of this your package could be confiscated or destroyed by customs. Be careful and if someone will send a large shipment PLEASE fill out the customs declaration yourself.

I placed 3 orders on Sugargoo on May 1, 2026, and after 68 days I have received nothing.
> Order numbers:
• O2605010003119 – AMIRI t-shirt ($7.21) – status "Shipped"
• O2605010003120 – cardholder ($5.53) – status "Stored" for 68 days, never shipped
• O2605010003121 – jeans ($43.98) – status "Shipped"
> No tracking was provided, and the parcels never arrived in Colombia. I contacted the seller multiple times – they only send screenshots and offer store credit, not a real refund.
> I do NOT accept store credit. I want a full refund to my original payment method for non-delivery, as per your own policy that refunds go to balance first and can be withdrawn.
> Please investigate and resolve. I have all proof ready.

Due to the heavy customs workload this month, especially around the customs changes in Europe from 01.07.2026, my parcel arrived with a slight delay. This made me a bit impatient and concerned at some points, because the tracking information was not always clear.

However, the Sugargoo team handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and continuous support. They responded to my questions, checked the shipment status, and kept me updated until the parcel finally arrived.

Today I received the package, and everything was complete, safe, clean, and in excellent condition. As always, the packaging was extremely professional. My sensitive electronic parts were packed very carefully and all items arrived without any damage.

I would like to give special thanks to the Sugargoo team for their support and patience. I have used Sugargoo for years, and this experience again confirms that they take customer service and careful packaging seriously. I will continue to recommend them.

My 12kg clothing parcel (Order B2605170000460) was returned from Ireland because Sugargoo submitted incorrect/insufficient TARIC code in the customs declaration. An Post Ireland confirmed this in writing: "the sender of your goods has supplied an incorrect/insufficient TARIC code and as a result, a valid import declaration could not be submitted."

Total shipping fee lost: ¥1122 (approx. $140 USD) Sugargoo's documentation error, not a shipping risk.

After 10+ support messages, Sugargoo changed their explanation every time, first "SAL has no after-sales", then "recipient failed to cooperate with customs", then "our declaration is not a problem." All directly contradicted by official written confirmation from An Post.

I have full documentation including the An Post letter identifying Sugargoo as responsible for the error.
