Horrible customer service. No delivery after months. Tried calling and emailing and they offer no help and barely respond with two word emails. The tracking number they sent using Canadian National Mail didn't even register online on the Canadian Mail website. Shady. I spent around $600 usd for their varicoceles/stud brief package and never received a single item. They probably never sent it.
I really like the overall wear of the stud briefs! They have been a positive impact on how they make me feel. These underwear are one of the best choices for a guy to wear. The staff and team are very supportive to deliver great customer service!
