I first bought a gate automation system through eBay. Everything went well, so when I needed another one, I ordered directly from their online store. There was a small issue at one point, but I got a quick response and it was sorted out without any hassle.
These days it's not easy to find a seller who actually cares about their customers and helps when something comes up. That's why I wanted to leave this review. Good communication, fast delivery, and a genuinely helpful attitude. I would happily buy from them again.

Niet erg geïnteresseerd in de klant.
Waardevolle zending werd zomaar ergens gelost zonder overleg.
Voor mij dus extra werk om zending op te halen en te verplaatsen.
Na openen verpakking blijkt zending beschadigd.
2x gemaild met sps24 maar helaas is daar blijkbaar niemand thuis.
Gaat om een aanzienlijk prijzig product en had dus meer verwacht.
Mijn tip; brand er je vingers niet aan en zoek een andere leverancier.

Une toute première expérience d’achat sur ce site : une caméra de surveillance DAHUA.
Très satisfait : la qualité d’image est magnifique et la vision de nuit est parfaite.
En plus un prix très attractif sur le Net, même avec les frais de port inclus.
Un tout petit problème sur la date de livraison mais qui a rapidement été solutionné par le service client, très réactif et courtois.

Excellent transaction with great communication and speedy delivery, was a little concerned as was purchasing from an unknown company in Poland but all was great and obviously worth the risk as the price was significantly cheaper, please use as may help reduce the UK profiteering.
