Due to a small delay on Royal Mails account my Kia Sportage Gen 5 SD Card arrived today. The installation took about 25 minutes with no problems at all. The updates look amazing and can't wait to try the Sat Nav updates. Many thanks to David and Satnavishop I would certainly recommend.

Customers support helped confirm which was the appropriate update for my factory installed Renault Captur Media Nav device.
It was sent out the day I ordered and delivered the next day along with emailed installation instructions. The update went without hitch and successfully installed first time.

They were so helpful nothing was a problem I ordered the wrong chip so I thought its never going to work with another one but David ask me to send him the vin number on my car and told me which one I needed and sent it works perfectly 👌

Lots of helpful information on the website that enabled me to be confident that I had made correct purchase to upgrade the maps on my satnav. Quick and easy checkout and the map upgrade arrived very quickly. After replacing the installed SD car the new maps were available straight away and I now have the latest maps to guide me on my journeys. Very good reliable service.

I am sorry to say but the Satnavi shop has left me in a pile of trouble. David sent me a new SD card to update my system from half screen applecar play to full screen and had loads of issues in the first instance. He sent me a second and third update but no improvement and now he is ghosting me and left me with a system that fails to work. I emailed him about a new enquiry from my partners email address and he replied quickly but will not reply to my emails - Avoid Avoid Avoid

Emailed to get help as 2nd hand car had no SD card. David helped for which one I needed to which I then order. Added card to car and was showing somewhere else in UK but as others have stated, when started driving it updated to my area. All fine now. Really pleased.

I had the original 2015 maps from factory so needed a map update to the latest available version, which for my car is the 2023/2024 update.

Fast delivery, via Royal Mail special delivery, of a set of three SD cards - a firmware update card, activation Update card and Maps update card. Detailed, easy to follow instructions were emailed directly to me upon despatch.

Allow yourself around an hour to do the full update.
